TRACcess eKEY®
TRACcess eKEY software communicates with TRACcess devices via the Bluetooth® signal on your phone. Use your eKEY app to:
- Open a TRACcess lock or key vault
- Enter a job note
- Receive new access permissions
- Read a locking device to view its access history
- Transmit your activity records to the TRACcess Manager system
- Assign a site ID to a TRACcess locking device

Stupid thing works then stops working and even tho you have the add codes it will come up as error. So annoying and useless
App is not working for me it keep giving me a error code can you please fix this app I can't get into my job without this happen to work I don't reinstall the five times this my six time putting it back on my phone
Developer Support email bounces back. Unable to install getting Unexpected Error #9B33. Not able to resolve. Not a reliable product/app.

Trash. Doesn't update correctly. Says it updated, but every time I go to "open device" it updates again and again. Every time I click the button, but never allowing me to enter my access pin. Over and over caught in this loop and never gaining access. Several phone restarts, app redownloads, and a completely new wiped clean profile, and still no fix. Their website has no trouble shooting information, and their customer support hours are lacking. When you are in need of 24 hour access this is very frustrating.
I have the latest and greatest and it gets updates about monthly. Though I have to update the app daily and if I miss a day it won't update. The app is trash and the settings to auto update never save. This program needs a major rework.
App periodically stops working. Requires reinstall that sometimes fixes the issue. If you need 100% access, this is not the product for you.
It would be nice if it had a notification icon at the top of your phone when you are checked into a site.
Works sometimes and has poor customer support
Cool app but regular updates are slow and crashes the app. Also crashed each time you power up your phone. All in all a nice tool just needs some work.
Opens key box. Flashlight element is a nice touch, or would be if it worked.
Does not work on ZTE running Android 4.0.4 on Metro PCS...
I use this on a daily basis. It is worlds better than the old system and the UI works well now.
I have my authorization code but won't work
Terrible app. Always loses its update, then says it successfully updated, but actually didn't, red "X" stays and can't open any lock box. Poorly designed, waste of time, and beyond frustrating.
