This app doesn't work consistently. When I need it, the app won't allow a sign in to our aacoint. Surprised the last update was 08/2020. Any thoughts on releasing a progressive web app (PWA)?
Update: after the app not working for several weeks and then us having a problem with our SC unit, a reboot of the system - SC unit, has resolved the mobile access use. Very happy this is fixed.
Since the last update I can't access to the SC with my Samsung Note 9, but with the Note 8 It's works. Please fix the issue.
I cannot use this app on my galaxy s10 plus. Same credentials log in on iPhone. When will this be resolved?

Good to see your units, but confusing to control them
Also horrible experience it's like if you don't work directlly from them you're screwed they will not help
Won't let me sign into account with android devices
The recent update has left me and my teammate disabled through our mobile devices. Neither Samsung nor Apple, tablet nor cellphone can access our equipment. A fix would be greatly appreciated as this is a convenient means of managing our equipment on the go.
Update also left me out in the cold
The latest update isn't working on my S9+ it was last week. NEED THIS FIXED NOW!
Please fix the override issue, point that create in SC cannot be override in custom graphics, stuck at the loading page, whereas controller point can be override with no issue, please solve it asap

I'm a system sales engineer for Trane. I like the mobility the app provides. I believe this app is beneficial towards building owners, and maintenance workers. The app allowed me to view the status of occupied spaces, and equipment being used. There's an alarm log that displays the latest alarms and priority. If you don't have TRANE TRACER controls get'em, and if you do get this app!
I can't connect to tracer, I used the ip address but got no luck.
Will not let me scroll through my list of units.
I installed this app on my Samsung Galaxy S5, running the Android operating system 5.0 and was unable to link a site to it. After calling Trane product support, they advised that I should uninstall an Android Web Viewer application. After uninstalling that application I was able to link sites to this Trane Tracer BAS application and view the site as well as all the HVAC equipment running at the site. The application runs flawlessly after deleting the app that Trane product support recommended that I delete.
I have been doing HVACR FOR 23 YEARS. YES THIS APP WORKS ON ANDROID I HAVE A NOTE FOR AND IT WORKS FLAWLESSLY. JUST A NOTE. WHEN YOUR LOOKING AT THE UNITS TEMPS AND SATURATION. TURN SIDE WAYS AND YOU WILL GET THE GRAPHICS ALSO IT WILL SHOW YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED .AND BY THE WAY IT WILL NOT WORK UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PROPER REMOTE LOG IN INFO FOR YOUR SITE. GOOD LUCK. I LOVE THIS APP. THANKS TRANE . KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING.
UPDATE: July/25 As Tech. Support advise the Android web viewer was the problem since this app is used by others app to show up web content I didnt uninstalled completelly. Just unistalling updates and keep the original version of the app did the job. 5 stars! Everything is up and running on my HTC one M8, all my BAS sites accesible again from my mobile. Well done Trane amazing job!
Despite what is said by the author, this app did not work PROPERLY with Android on a Nexus 4. Installed 1.1.62. Would not allow me to add system, couldn't get past startup screen/homepage. Would be useful other wise
Will not scroll through list of units and update on my Galaxy s4. Was working great. Reinstall did not help.
Tried installing on my Note 3 with Android Lollipop and did only loads the start up screen. Will not allow me to add a new system, which I assume would be nice to use the ap...
Doesn't work on android now don't know what you did but as of 1 week ago I could use it now it won't work
Use to work, about a month ago it stopped. Won't let you add a site.

Low quality, doesn't work at all. Can't sign in when you get a new phone. Rarely works consistently. By far the worst app I have ever used
