Worst app. I tried to do mobile recharge. Transaction is failed but money got debited in my bank account and refund will be in recharge points which are useless. We can't do recharge with that points which have expiry. It's a big scam. I'll sue on this app
The app is pathetic when it comes to money refund and recharge points issue, everytime when a recharge is cancelled it's a headache solving it, my money got debited for recharge points but never got added and yet it shows on bank statement but no reply from company via emails or a ticket, being a doctor I usually don't have much time but this is really bad experience that is why I'm pointing it out.
This app needs to be fixed. I'm unable to open because it's always giving an error that "close all the running apps and relaunch" even if no apps are being used. And one more thing whats the point of having smartphone when we can't use multiple apps simultaneously.
Worst experience. Fraudulent app. None of the recharges work and all the money goes into recharge points rather than going to the original source. The recharge points also do not work and transaction always gets failed even with them.
Worst app, your payment gets declined, money debits the account and converts to recharge points, try to redeem the points you never get the sms code. Got tired and deleted the app, logged in again to see if I can redeem the points now the points have completely disappeared. Scam application
I have been trying to sell the gold but it fails each time. I have tried this like more than 50 times over few days and still it never succeeds. I have raised the complaints but still no resolution. My money has got stuck. Thry are not helping enough. Its been a week now. I am getting frustrated. Issue resolved
Worst app. They have many recharge/bill payment options in their site but same were not available in app. I haven't found option to pay my electricity bill. My last bill payment (7575-33655-8945) is still pending, new bill arrived merging last bill amount. Mailed to them but no solution yet.
What the bug is it ? While recharging the from recharge points payment option, it shows that enter OTP for verification, but there is no way ( blank space ) for entering OTP. What was that solve this problem as soon as possible. I have 250 points in my komparify wallet. Please help and solve the bug. I will give your app after resolving the issue.
I ordered a swiggy gift voucher, Its not successful and money deducted but its still in pending state, neither i got a refund nor a failure message. Just showing pending for the entire day. Also this app issues you refund in failed situation only through something called "Recharge Point" it never goes to your original payment method. That means it remains in komparify and you have to use those amounts within this app. Such a funny condition.
This is the best application for buying gift voucher. It has multiple payment options including all the digital wallet as well as debit card. Customer care are very helpful and solve any problem within no time. Also if you pay for the first time with PayPal and some other wallet you will get 50% cashback. I recommend it to everyone.
The most horrible app ever built. Doesn't let's you login, doesn't recognise the image captcha. Throws numerous unexpected errors. There's no purpose sorted with this utility app. Sheer waste of time & space on your phone. No way to even get it sorted.
Worst app ever. I paid my electricity bill yesterday and it is still not updated with my operator. Now I guess I have to pay the bill again with late fine. First of all you guys don't allow your users to pay electricity bill before the last date. Besides we have to suffer so much paying the bill at the last date. Either look into the matter immediately or refund my money with compensation so that I can pay the bill with late fine. Edit 1: I have already mailed you necessary details yesterday.
The app is good. Initially, i was unable to carry out the transaction. After uninstalling and re-installing the app, the transaction could be carried out successfully. As regards customer care is concerned, u get prompt reply but they do not accept that something is wrong with the app, instead they ask u to contact with payment service providers.
worst customer care service. i have successfully completed transaction but komparify doesn't show that transaction at all. Instead of getting my voucher that i already paid for i didn't received any reply from komparify after complaining for four times. the app doesn't have customer care number at all. all they received is email which is never been replied.
It is an awesome app because using this I can exchange balance with different shopping websites. I loved it. Though recharge failed thrice but I mailed them and I received amount as recharge points. So instead of giving bad rating report them they will solve the issue.
I tried to pay electricity bill but recharge failed n amount got refunded in recharge points. After follow up with the customer support, the amount is credited back to the source payment within 24 hrs of time. Appreciate the support n prompt response by customer support. At the same time, would recommend the team to fix the bug issues often we face during recharge in order to avoid these transaction fail.
I have recharged my dth with this app. It shows that it had recharged successfully but when I switched on my TV , some channels were missing. I think they have recharged my dth with a different pack. Either they fix it or I need them to refund .
Worst app ever. I tried to buy Amazon gift card, it failed and got recharge point in exchange for my money so I recharged my mobile with that recharge point and guess what my money was deducted but my recharge never happened. Thank you so much komparify for the excellent service.

You need to understand this app is still not compatabile with all devices. Firstly downloaded in Samsung s9 it has otp reading error then I downloaded it in oppo it worked. But still user interface issue which is a bit complicated. And when buying and selling gold and recharging it was bit headache . I gaven 1 start before but deleted 1 star and gaven 3 star as problem got solved

Very bad app and never install such apps friend . Poor customer service I confirmed again poor app I was trying to buy a gift voucher but the amount has been debited but the payment failed and now they are saying that they will give me points . WORST APP . And worst customer service . Hopeless . Never recommend to anyone . It's better to remove such fraud app from the playstore and I will try my best to do it . Developers believe me I will try my best to do so.
I tried to do my broadband recharge but failed transaction it shows, but amount got debited. Now balance in coins đŸ˜‚. Those coins are waste and i tried to do recharge with those coins too. But unable to . It always shows failed . And those coins have an expired date too. Contacted support on email but no one responded. Falthu application please don't use it . You will get stuck in the same situation for sure
