NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. Both in the beginning, and now in the end--zero response. The function of the app was great... at first. I even bought a month after my trial was up. But now I cant get a response from customer service about wanting to cancel the $19.99 subscription. They keep trying to auto-deduct, and I keep emailing asking them to cancel. But to no avail. If you view the tracked email in your sent items it includes it in the viewing total. IP address isn't accurate (other side of the world). Viewing duration isn't accurate either (rounds to 24 or 48 seconds for a short email). If you just want to know if someone has opened your email and you don't open the email you sent at all it should be sufficient
I was initially pleased with the service during the free trial, it worked perfectly. I decided to pay for the monthly subscription and the app hasn't worked since. I have sent emails to customer service, 4 requests sent over a 9 hour period and no response. My phone has been crashing and freezing since installing this horrible app and i can't even get a response to cancel and get my money back. I paid for a service that I never received and that is a fraudulent scam. Stay far away!!!
Edited: was good when I first installed it and then it stopped working and was told I needed to pay for the app for it to continue to work, or I could rate it for a FREE basic membership. So I rated it and it never worked again. None of my emails or questions were ever answered either. Waste of time. I am uninstalling and I would highly NOT reccomend this app. Total and complete scam and nothing but lies.
This app is great. It allows you to know if your email was delivered and read. It is very similar to a read receipt on text messages. Now I know that my emails got to their intended recipient and not to a spam folder.
Very good in conjunction figuring if device is functioning properly as in if missing updates. Communication of replies is none which is very bad. If you install, use twice & decide no longer want membership or continue to relent rights as upon installing; no instruction other than just uninstall. Also unfair to recipient of emails if they want all that info made available. Ought to give you options how much info per addressee.
Very handy application for when u have important emails and need to know if and when they were read. Especially useful to find whether someone is seeing your messages and not responding or if they just do not routinely check that particular inbox.
Not even 7 days of trial. It only worked on the test run. It would not work on any of the others. I contacted the individual that was supposed to help, they even asked how it was working, then afterwards did not respond. Not worth downloading. I had no choice but to uninstal and look for another app. It was a total waste of time and caused some issues for me. Horrible app.
Seems to work pretty well and easy to use. Update. Got an email saying that my free trial was up and I could renew or rate the app and get free basic. So I did the review. And it went down hill after that. Sent some emails with questions and still haven't received anything from them days later.
I really enjoyed this app because is very accurate, reliable and easy to use. It comes with a lot of additional information like the exact time when the email was read, IP address of the recipient and browser system
Very useful, tool. I recommend using this app, to send fast emails and know if the emails were sent, opened, and read. They give you a free trial, then you'll have to subscribe to continue to have your emails being tracked. But overall it's a useful app.
Is a good service for read receipts and know how many times an email is opened. Some features, such as the time function, are unreliability.
Horrible! This app has blocked me from sending emails to my contact. Wants me to sign up Premium service. Everytime, I try to send an email it gets blocked. After, the trial the app will continue to send these messages that you have exceeded. I am absolutely furious and sent many emails to unblock, no results. Now, I don't have any way to send a message to my friends hotmail. Stay away from the app.
