Recent update has fixed the issue I was having and everything works great now. Excellent customer support from the developer, I've been relying on the app to keep track of multiple state licenses and their CE requirements and it has been doing this perfectly. Please keep up the good work, I have seen the app greatly evolve in the past year and it sure is very helpful.
Update 12/15/2021 causes the app to crash...keeps asking to add license and when you choose state, it crashes over and over again
Crashes after recent update. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still crashes when loading licences. Previous (free) version would have gotten four stars. Would give five stars if it would simply remember my license period so that I wouldn't have to reenter it every time i log in.
Not usable unless you want to pay for it because it gives you an option to pay for extra services when you log in every time and when you click no a notice you cant get rid of pops up and you cant do anything... waste of space on my phone. I will use the website.
I purchased the upgrade to keep track of my CE hours from various platforms for renewal in different states. One state's hours are listed for last years renewal period and not keeping track of the current period... which was the point of the purchase.
Easy to use! Keeps all 3 of my state licenses organized. Credits show up less than 24 hrs after completing online programs, this eliminating the need to keep reminding yourself to check to make sure it posted.
Not a fan of the new interface. Can I no longer sort by license expiration date? The color coding (approaching expiration dates) of the previous version was helpful and is missing in the new version. Why can't the expiration dates of my licenses be updated automatically when I renew (I understand that is handled by the individual states, but the info is verifiable online. NABP knows the renewal cycles. Can NABP not verify and update the expiration date after the renewal cycle has passed?)
I love the CPE app. I am licensed in 3 different states all with different CE requirements; this app makes it simple to see which requirements have been met and where I need more work. It also applies CE credit acrossed all the states, so I can avoid doing extra work.
Not worth downloading the app if you have to pay to see something you can see for free online. It requires you to pay $29.99 for 1 year or $54.99 for 2 years. why would i pay that amount if i can just log into their website for free.
Incredibly slow. I can open up a desk top, goto the website, count my CE's, and figure out what I'm missing by the time it loads my information. Perhaps it's my connection? I'm uninstalling anyway.
Fingerprint login never seems to work or be available despite allowing this feature numerous times. Basic features. Not sure why anyone would pay so much per year for basic info one can track?
It would be helpful if I was actually able to track my CEs as a pharmacy tech (through the app). The only thing I'm able to access is my profile information and the Help section. Every other button says I need to be a licenced pharmacist to use that feature. Please update to include pharmacy techs...we use this website to track our CEs as well. Until then I'll pass on this app and won't be recommending it to anyone.
I can't even open the app after logging in unless I pay for a subscription! App is NOT free if u actually want to get past the login and use it. Worthless.
The issue I had was resolved with the latest update, and the developers sent an email to let me know. I'm so glad to have access to my CPE records on my phone! Thank you!!
I'm on the fence...it's working well but it could be so much better. Not very detailed about some of the credits you need to complete the requirements.
Absolutely useless. Almost 30 dollars a year to track a number that one can calculate on their own. Pharmacist letter does it for free as well.
Would love to actually review the app but it won't even let me sign in. All I get is the spinning circle saying "signing in". Never updates from that so I can't do anything in the app.
I can't even completely sign in. It spins thinking about downloading my licenses, then goes away. I have tried multiple times with now luck. :(
Worked until a few days ago when It stooped downloading my CEs. Also, can't figure out how to purchase the Plus version so I can claim non-APCE credits.
Useless free version. It doesn't even show my hours on my transcript, which is the one thing it's supposed to do for free.
App doesn't work, crashes when trying to login, update: it has been working fine, must have been a temporary glitch.
Can't log in after most recent update. System wouldn't let me access anything without downloading the update. And now I am unable to log in.
Can't reset password. When you switch from screen to get verification code from email, the verification screen goes back to email and password screen
App makes it very easy to keep track of CE if you are licensed in multiple states that have different expiration dates and different CE requirements.
The app showed that all my licenses were expired. After updating, still showed I had 0 hrs for last 2 years when actually I have over 30 hoirs of CPE.
No value added. Use the website. The app is kind of pointless. Who would pay $30 for simple calculations?
I love this app! It gives me quick, concise info about the status of my ce credits and licenses.
If you have multiple licenses this makes it so easy to make sure you have all the correct CE completed for each state's renewal.
Same info is free online but a fee for mobile app? Not worth it especially the costs of renewing licenses escalating which I'm sure NABP gets a cut
This app is invaluable. It makes it so easy to keep track of all of my continuing education and makes it effortless to transfer the credits over so I can easily recertify. It gives me access to every bit of information I need to keep myself up to date. Every pharmacist and tech should use this app, it makes everything so much easier. Love it.
