You record all the personal health information you see fit to maintain, using your own words, in an easy to use interface. Our built-in library of medications and conditions eases your data entry. We try to help auto-complete your doctor's name (and address, where needed) once you've entered it the first time.
You'll never have to backup your data because all your personal health records (PHR) are safely stored in the cloud with redundant servers and continuous backups.

ive tried a doEn time n all I get is the start page. tried to contact comany and got no responce. i was looking forward to useing a program like this. I'm disapointed .. :-(
No updates in 6 years, goes straight to offline mode.
Free version is excellent. The only improvement I can think of is for the app to allow and link to photos or scans of Dr. business cards. I like the organization, the auto fill suggestions and the space below for relevant uncategorized notes. I really could have used this yesterday at the emergency room (which is why I looked for it to not get caught flatfooted again.)
I like that I can see my records without internet. Makes things easier when at a doctor's office or critical care clinic. I highly recommend this to anyone with several health issues. Would like a section to record test results and to put "unknown" for dates on conditions. The appointments section is especially handy for those of us with several doctors (specialists)
I'm re-doing my whole review. First if you have any trouble entering data before blaming the app I recommend powering off your tablet completely and then rebooting it. Sometimes the OS and an App only half work together until you do that. I'm giving this App a 5 star rating before getting into using the app very much however I have had wonderful support from the developer.. I have received better support for this free app than I have in the past for apps I have pad for.
This app has almost everything I need to provide data to a medico, off-line. Others, who complain about not having Internet access at the surgery, should realise that all necessary info IS available off-line. Highly recommended! After a few more months, I would add that it IS possible to view all data on line with a 4G phone.
I really like the app. The biggest problem is that i actually tried to upgrade to the silver or gold version so i can print my numerous procedures and diagnosis in a pdf format. Unfortunately when i tried to upgrade my level of service i was told that the emergency card is sold out. Im not interested in the card! Just the other upgrade options. I've never seen anyone who won't take your money. I sent the developer an email 2 days ago with no response. The app itself is a 4 or 5 star all day but the fact that you advertise the paid levels we should be able to pay for them. Fix this and ill gladly rate higher. It would be extremely beneficial if i could print ASAP.
Would like the calendar to maintain all past appointments and could enter onset of disease. How about adding lab results for common tests ie ac1, lipids, etc. App is awesome tech support gets back to you.
Now I don't need to remember to bring my papers with info. Still figuring this out. Great that I can put family members on here too since they forget their own info. Would like to request a checklist for conditions like on forms at doctors offices. Alot of times I forget past conditions. Also a checklist for family's medical conditions. . . 4 daughters and parents and grandparents and extended family is hard ti remember (especially when you have fibromyalgia brain fog and early onset dementia)
This app is great, especially for someone who visits multiple doctors and needs quick and fairly easy access to information about your medical info. World be better if it were more tablet friendly (larger). Overall it is a great app. Make it a little better for tablets and 5 stars.
I agree that there should be an option for date unknown with medical conditions. We aren't all 20 somethings. I also wish it would access contacts for data input like other apps. Otherwise it is the most complete app I've seen. Procedures, devices, allergies. All information the other apps fail to include that are critical to care
Just got all my info in and am well pleased at present. Mainly wanted dates of procedures and a list of medicines. Will use in doctors offices. Never can remember info to answer their questions .
I went through 10-12 apps looking for a comprehensive medical history app before finding this one, easy to navigate and has all the sections i need including surgical history. I highly recommend this app.
. Every time I attempt to use this app there is a problem. I think that this company needs to get their act together, and when they do it will be a very good thing. I think that the ability to put all your medical health information online is a great thing. Hopefully they get out of beta phase
This app has some very good qualities and allows you to have all your health information in one place, but is not laid out in a viewer friendly manner, I recommend to the software vendor to revamp the visuals for this app to achieve a better rating.
Works well enough to log your health issues, treatment meds and more. Easy to use
I like that this app offer what most other apps of it kind does not that is offline viewing and a complete customizable topics to follow.....ie Blood Pressure, Glucose, Diahrrea and many more. But the down fault that I have found not saying anybody else experienced this is after inputting data or value for 10 days, only three days appeared to be saved. What happened to the other days? I asked that question of the support team and got no response. UNINSTALLED!
Company Defunct.. Purchased ID card does not work.. Cannot modify/add more records.. Only records stored on your device are visible.. App is now worthless!
