Log in broken. Been using it for more than a year no problem. Now I can't log in. Uninstall/reinstall didn't work. Opening new account still can't sign in on app. Can sign in online but app broken. Using pixel 3xl

Disappointing for sure. If the developer of this app reads this please contact me, I am interested in redoing this app. I have gout and can come up with a ton of great feedback to make this more useful.

Can't actuslly use it every time you try to register it closes or freezes. It's useless

I can't use this app to create an account because it keeps crashing. It's useless to me.

I was really looking forward to using this app but it does not work. You cannot add goals, it looks out constantly. Very disappointing, please fix!

I can't even register for the app to open. With arthritis nobody has time to reenter information a dozen times.

Just opened the Sept issue of Arthritis Today out of my mailbox advertising this app and can't use it. It won't even allow me to complete the login protocol. I tried 5 times and it crashed the app every time. How disappointing!

Would not allow me to sign up. Kept getting "app has stopped working" pop up.

App keeps crashing tired registering almost 5 times

Every time I try and sign up the app freezes.

Signed up then tells you to login an yours details are invalid poo thetic would of been a great app for arthritis sufferes

App kept closing when I was trying to create an account, so I never even got to use the app.

Probably me - but could not make out where you entered stuff like food/sleep/pain. Hoped it would have been more helpful - Gave up

Prior day's information autofills in the screen making it necessary to go in, out, and back into screens to reset them - annoying. Tapping the Notes screen to make a correction exits the screen and a second tap is needed to go back in - super annoying. Love the concept, still using it; please fix bugs.

Love the idea and it's been a great help. Problem is it doesn't always save my data. It often carries over data from the day before and I have to take extra time to figure out if it is updated information or not. Gets to be too much of a hassle.

Can't even sign in says my email already there. But then says Invalid user! Wth

This issue has been reported by other users. Fix it!

I am using Android on Galaxy S3 I tried to login several times using my email and the same password that I used to register with the Arthritis Foundation; got an error message saying unauthorized user. Then, I tried to register as a new user on the app itself; got an error message saying that my email had already been used so pick another. Then, I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it finally allowed me to log-in. I hope this will be worth all the hassle... Will review again after I use it for a week or so...

Would be fabulous if it would work. Same issues on droid razr maxx and galaxy note 10.1

Instructions too confusing. Not intuitive. Waste of time. Uninstalled.

U.I. doesn't work for me. Process takes to long to get thru every day and the sliders don't slide! I don't have arthritis in my hands and its not my galaxy 3 phone.....
