Doesn't show split birth hours, IFTA entries disappear for no reason, impossible to edit IFTA entries without getting an error saying that you have to upload a picture of the receipt despite the picture being there.
For supposedly new technology this app is a dinosaur. I can't figure out how to edit a status or the miles driven for the day. I complained about Qualcomm and now I realize how awesome that software is. Do yourselves a favor and don't get this app.
Right after update 09/29, app crashes every time i try to certify records, can't log out unless I certify records. So go figure. App needs always help with state and city location when changing status. So you have to get out off app, open google maps, find your location, open the app again, manually enter the state and city...etc Trailer licence always has to be manually entered too
App offers no help or instructions, which is a law violation according to inspection officers. App doesn't have easy Adverse Conditions switch, requires you to stop to make status change where there's often no place to stop. Often having to enter state and city locations before the app will allow status change is cumbersome and potentially dangerous in emergency. The app should update location and programming without required user input. The support phone number given is blocking my call.
This programm was developed by the person who have never been on the truck, driving for 11 hours 6 days a week. Very inconvenienced interface. Too many buttons need to be used in order to change something. To many submenues. We are driving, we are not sitting at home with beer and tablet. The driver has to be able to make changes quickly. Very often I'm making changes on log while red traffic light. But not with this .. NIGHT MODE BUTTON?? ON THE SUB MENU! One star is to much for this....
Best log book app I've come across. It is easy to use and is well maintained with frequent updates. Anytime there arises technical issue it gets resolved immediately by the tech team. I would not want to trade TrackEnsure for another service provider.
Was fine now broken. Somedays it's business as usual and nothing is wrong. Lately since update that my company made me do, the damn thing crashes almost every morning and to fix it I have to Uninstall then re-download. I never had issues before the update. Fix it!
Good app works like Swiss watch for the most part. After recent update started glitching badly: interface was messed up, the app was shutting down. I cleared cash, reinstalled the app and back to normal. Safe driving, fellow truckers!
Thank you for the Bluetooth fix now my other concern is first needs to have screen on while using the app needs to have night mode when it's night time instead of me manually going in and lowering the brightness on the on the Android device and please make shipping commodities make it easier to edit if you make a mistake instead of starting all over and one more thing on the Dvir why do I need to put trailer number and license plate every single day if I have same trailer attached
Recent update is awful(updated on 04/01/21). After the update the app keeps stopping/quitting. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but the issue remains same. Called the CSR team and they asked me to replace the cable which was working just fine before. My review stays at 1 star until you fix the 🐛 bugs of the app. So frustrated now... FIX THE 🐛 PLEASE!!!
After updating the app, I can not describe a change in my status, nor can I see my recap or make legal changes to the status. These systems are specifically designed to be impossible for drivers. All ELD systems are bad, and can only go against the driver in today's world of trucking.
Sucks ! App allways doing what it wants .puts me on duty while Iam sleeping . waste my time having to call and get it fixed! To many glitches in programing. Starts driving when only moving very slow . around a parking lot etc . bull !
My phone acts slow and choppy after I installed this. Many bugs, much more than keeptrucking. Also a big battery drainer. In battery usage it shows 15% , using more energy than the screen itself which was 14% . This is ridiculous and strange because I hardly use or interact with it.
Can you guys remove the automatic date and time promp? It's annoying and on automatic date and time there may be more issues. When the truck is leaving home base, it does not need to be on automatic time. If it's pacific then it should stay pacific the whole trip. Otherwise I'm switching the automatic time because of the prompt like an idiot thousand times a day. Driver will get confused with time when he is crossing time zones. Creates problems
Why the letters are so small??? After the update I don't have Logs access in Sleeping mode!!! Why I can't know the minutes but only hours in Sleeping mode!!! This application is so unfriendly to the drivers! But this is only happening when someone is creating something which he or she never did in the real life and never will do!
Very long wait time. 52 minutes to connect someone. And it have been happening for the last 2 month. I don't understand why we pay so much money for. Hire more representative. Its is impossible to sit and wait to fix full of bugs app and pay for it.
In the status does not give me personal use nor yard move option current version is loaded. Manuel says it should be there but it is not. Does not comply with current FMCSA rules. Customer support link is locked into a neverending "Loading" screen
İnability to scan PR cod, When put bloototh in turn off position and turn it on there is no chance to connect the app with tractor. This app is weak by now
It's crashing when you update it. After discussing with company representatives about all issues I hope app gonna be better. But after recent app update all of my IFTA reports got dissappeared.
Once you get the hang of it, it is not magic anymore
It requires internet all the time. When you start driving it is not always puts you to drive mode automatically
Don't send updates if app start work worse after it. Have to uninstall and install again after update so it starts work
new update is junk,not responding properly,keep disconnecting and throw malfunction warning.
Best in trucking industry. Easy to use and great customer support and service. 100% 5 star.
Very bad experience. A lot of faults. Customer service are not friendly. I'm not recommend this logbook

Been using 6 months and they still can't figure out why I can't use pc or ym without disconnecting the device.
Keeps crashing and closing after update. Interface broken.
My drivers are getting a lot of violations. How can 2 drivers be on duty at the same time? This issue is new since last update. Fix the bug and I will update my review.
