Would be nice if it could show where the vehicle is on a map with every notification. We do not know what all the street names are. But if we can see the vehicle per notification on a map, it would be much easier to determine the drivers progress during the day. Like the "Olympia Tracker" app does. By the time a report can be generated, the driver is already 3 stops further. Much appreciated. Thx
This is a really shocking app. The data is delayed by as many as 21 hours. Even after refreshing on numerous occasions, it doesn't update the information. When observing your vehicle/s on the map, when you refresh it says "preparing map, try again later". If the data is significantly delayed like this and doesn't refresh, the app is not of much use.
This is the worst app I've ever used, it makes me wonder if the actual tracker is efficient when it comes to recovering vehicles... This app doesn't update timeously on the whereabouts of my car, I always have uninstall and reinstall in Order to use it or else it gets stuck on the "welcome screen". I recently added the car guide option and yet it doesn't appear on the App.
Not really someone who likes to complain but you seriously need to fix the bugs of this application. I get signed out of the app on a regular bases and then when I try to sign in it says my password is incorrect and I have to do a password reset again. what if something happens to the car and before I can report anything I first have to do a password reset and wait for a link. Honestly its frustrating as I have to check everytime if my account is still signed in
I am not impressed with this app.when I go to view map it just says time to refresh and gives seconds. I can't move the map on my screen it is just frozen. It doesn't give me that option to view the cars whereabouts. I don't get the hybird view of the map. Neither can I get the view the surrounding areas on the map. I called to tracker to report this consultant said I must downloaded tracker connect. Still doing the same thing. I am no happy about this app.
Everytime I open the app it says "No internet connection" which means I cannot access any of the features of the app. There is no problem with the internet, it's just the app. I called the call centre and I was told to delete the app and re-install it again but still the problem persists. Please assist. UPDATE: 8 months later and none of your technicians have been able to solve this problem. The app does not work.
Joined tracker about 4-5 months ago and I have been unable to use the mobile app. Reinstalled multiple times, eventually found a way to speak to an agent in call center, and yet I still cannot use the app on my phone, error message reads: Your username and password not authorized for this particular application. At least I can still use the web app, would just be nice to be able to use the service that I initially signed up for. Will compliment on the web app, very easy to use with great features.
App is good. I have a suggestion. I know the app sends notifications for a few things like ignition, battery, car guard & alarm trigger. I also understand that you can customize your notification tone. However, I believe that the tone you choose will be used for all notifications. May I suggest that you release an update which allows you to customize a tone for different alerts. I personally would like to set a loud tone for car guard alert as I dont check my phone for every noise it makes. Tnx
This app never works properly. Since I have received the updated version I'm unable to play back journey's. It keeps telling me no journey's available. Definitely by far the worse app I've ever came across. There has been a full 2 days where I was unable to check any activity of my vehicles. I am being billed monthly for 2 vehicles but whenever I need to check up on them the app never works. Absolutely terrible
This app is not working! It just showed a frozen screen. The other app with the black background it keeps on saying "authorizing " and then time out after some time. I will reinstall the app and see what will happen. I have sent you an email. Clearly I am not the only one with this issues as your desk is inundated with complaints. I reinstalled the app, and it only downloads to 25% and freeze thereafter. This app is frustrating 😫🤯. Emails sent and no response from the developers
The app takes forever to start up, even after I clear the cache and reactivate the permissions and clear the phones memory and without any other apps open. Imagine trying to log in, in an emergency and the app doesn't open... Doesn't serve the purpose. Generally unhappy with the user interface. Reply: I already contacted before, the problem wasn't fixed. REPLY 2:PHONE LINES ARE DOWN.
App takes forever to open. Sometimes not opening at all. Especially in times that you need to confirm urgently where your vehicles are!! Extremely frustrating!! Complains that I do not have internet connection every time I open it. Even though all other apps works 100% using internet such as youtube or chrome browser. Ask me to login every time even though I select the option to remember password, every time. Does not update vehicles timeously!. Paying for an app and service that does not work!
The app hangs on image with tracker logo and dirt road. No option to login and nothing else. If I delete and reinstall it works once and thereafter the same problem. Impractical to always reinstall the app when I want to use it. Tracker call centre says i must take my phone to 'service provider' for an update as their app is fine!? Also only app on my phone giving issues. Edit...The advice from the development team worked! Thanks.
Here is my 2 cent too. The on boarding process is broken. This is crucial for an app. I am still struggling to enter the app after downloading it for the first time. It been more than a week. The first impression for an app is the difference between using it and not looking at it ever again. Hope you are already spending time on it. Regards
It's a terrible useless app, and I'm a developer. Don't even bother. Today i was in a 4g zone, the car guard function just spins and spins, and you have no idea if it's actually on or off. The personal info screen where you add your medical aid details etc never saves, always gives an error. So much for keeping us safe. I spent 20 minutes inside the car outside the shopping center rebooting the app, clearing the cache etc and eventually just uninstalled it.
