Just a crippled front end for DHL website - useless with alphanumeric tracking numbers so after dozens of ads you end up going to the website anyway

This is just shortcut to dhl web.
Awful. The whole company is awful. Will never use it again..paid for 1 day delivery... 4 days on and I still haven't got it. There are no options to leave in a safe place, I needed it for Wednesday, now they're saying I may have to wait until Monday, even tho I paid for 1 DAY DELIVERY. Really not good enough. Woeful service.
