The new update won't let me keep my preferred setting to sort tasks by client, it keeps defaulting to sort by date - very inconvenient for me to have to reset it everytime I start a new task
Good app, one of the best timetrackers i've found. Please update the app icon, it has very jagged edges (the white circular background)!! Feels very cheap.
Good ui/ux, but the app is not trustable. Requires internet to play/stop an activity, and sometimes, with you connected, the app says you're not, and you stay stuck unable to play or pause your activity...
there is no option of marking a task as done in android app. have to goto web to do that

Please add : Color coding for projects rather than person. Widget for tapping to begin timer. REPORTING feature for graphical representation of the tasks completed on a weekly basis at least.

Can't figure it out
I really appreciate that this is cloud based and syncs well with the desktop app. The desktop app works flawlessly for me and the phone app works well, but has a few issues that I wish were more similar to the desktop app. Sometimes I forget to stop the tracker and want to set the specific time that I actually stopped. The desktop app lets you set the specific time this way (start and stop), the phone app only allows you to adjust the time you started and the total time worked so you have to guess how long you were working to get the specific stop time. On the daily activity tab, the desktop app shows each of the tasks I worked on that day and the total amount of time worked that day. The phone app only shows the time spent on each task but does not provide a total. If I want a total I have to switch to the Project tab, and then the activity tab within the project to find a total for that task on that day, and then repeat this for each project and total them up by hand. The last thing, I wish there was an option for the default tab that the phone app opens to. It defaults to the "Tasks" tab, but I name my tasks very similarly for each project so they hard to find this way.
Cool design app, however the animation/speed is quite slow. There are no buttons for add & discard a task/comment, some are displayed in another language. You guys should consider to provide some widgets on the lock screen & the status bar for easier access and some clock reminders.
I use this app and it's Chrome version as well. Both work well together and help me keep organized with all the different jobs and tasks I work on each day.
Works really well. It would be awesome if you could assign more than one user to a task though, and have them both running timers simultaneously. Until this feature is added it is not much use to my business.
Non-existent support, contacted the team several times and there are no replies. Don't pay for this app.
Great app. Simple to use on desktop or mobile device. Have been using it for a small team of developer and support staff.
Lots of potential with integrations and clean interface. Current issues: frequent connection failures that are resolved by restarting the app; cannot stop timer when disconnected; takes time to load; no widget.
