Out of no where time is off. Text sent late after a few hour. How is this supposed to know when my car is gone!?
I'm using the Hydro LTE and have nothing but good things to say about TrackMateGPS. Never any down time and the customer service is always available during business hours. About to add my 10th tracker to my fleet and have no regrets choosing TrackMate.
Newest update, app says no user settings, flashes a few times and never loads. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall 10 times. Not happy...at all.
App frequently logs me out and says Invalid Token. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and it's still happening. What's going on?
This app still doesn't update I got to close it out and update it myself it doesn't work it might work for an hour or two but then it stops I'm back to where I started
App barely works with Android, same with website. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. I'm tired sending complaints to the company. Works ok on iPhone.
Cannot login. Edit 7/16/2020. Updated to the latest version. Still cannot login.
Android app cannot display the fences that I created on the web site, while desk top computer can display them.
This was working fine until the most recent update. Now I can't get a history. Paying for the service but now I'm not getting what I paid for. When can we expect to fix?

Very, very limited features. This app should have more options like the online site. Also would like to see notifications. I bought this unit to protect against theft, would like to see notifications for the car leaving a fence.
This app is great... had a small issue called they had it fixed in no time! For a small fee it's worth every penny to be able to locate your vehicles. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
New updates.same issues.Definitely have software issues. Always login issue and incomplete data.
Update its great! Keep them coming! Bug fixes as well! I'd love to see all the features implamented from the online site. Such as battery voltage of vehicle and fences.
Commands aren't working after 2 weeks. The lock and unlock features are giving me success messages, but neither are working. When I disable the ignition, I'm able to start the car after the 3rd attempt. 👎🏾
