This is the scammer and fraudulent type service provider...never delivery on time,no response at customer care and email...this is only waste of time...they are not a professional, Loyal and active...I can give zero 🌟 rating but there is no option
Worst courier service ever I have seen after reaching the destination city they don't deliver the parcel they even don't pickup your call you just try to call them but no response from there side they will not deliver your package and I have also heard that they ask customer to take the package from them . So why this courier service even exists if they do not want to deliver the package. Even though I am writing this review they will not react to this one as they only want money.
There is an important delivery missing. Shows delivered, yet I didn't receive the order. There is no option to write you guys back or contact you in regards. Could you please solve my issue.
Very worst service ever i have face in this courier service, whenever we tried to call nearby there hub, they will discuss internally who have this consignment number without mute and rudely talking to customer like don't say me say my senior. As i compare to other courier service they are better than this company. 😡🤬🤬🤬

Very worst service I ever seen, request you to all don't give courier, parcel , to this courier service ever , they didn't know how to talk, worst customer care services and Head office at Lower Parel also, my parcel had gone return because of there careless work. very Bad experience...
I think this is the worstever courier service in the world. If lesser than one star is there, I would prefer it for this courier.
Always asking for file permissions after giving all the permission and this doesn't let me sign in to franchise login. Kindly fix this ASAP
This is the worst courier site. I couriered a product on 13th june. They asked me for the premium courier and i was charged thrice the normal amount. Now the courier is returned back to me due to some issues with them. And they are saying there will be no refund. I don't know to whom I have to talk to I have tried reaching them on the number they have provided. Noone is picking up the call. Worst experience ever. Never use trackon to courier something important.
To start using Trackon App, after downloading and entering mobile number, u need to enter OTP. I tried both my mobile numbers. I dint receive OTP inspite of attempting multiple times by clicking on Resend OTP option for both mobile numbers. So unable to use the app.
Very bad experience, no body pics your call, when you try call a HUB.
They charged me 150 for courier, and now they are saying service is not available at the place where you want to deliver, and they even not returning my money back. Poor service, rude lady available on costumer care

Never ever use this service . They are just good for nothing . I have been trying to contact all numbers for my consignment but no response from any where. All the contact numbers are not working and the phone lines are always busy. They are the most unprofessional service providers i have come across. I am going to file a police complain as i have not received any updates and have undergone tremendous stress only because of this 10th grade service
It's a good app. All information were correct and my parcel reached on time. But yeah it is not allowing to use some options such as complaints etc....

Let us talk about one of the worst courier services out there. Stop making us fools. Firstly your delivery is so late and unlike other courier services why is the reattempt for delivery not being done? none of u pick up the calls and specially the Janakpuri Hub in Delhi is showing irresponsibility. The courier literally had books for students which is required by them on time, but this courier service doesn't understand the concept of importance and urgency. Never going to use ur service again

Didn't recieve my parcel and moreover when checked it was showing the parcel has been delivered to me already and signature taken. Resolve this
They would never deliver it to your doorstep , you need to collect your article from their office, Pan is delivered using this courier, shocked

This is very slow courier service. And The worst experience for me. Because I am waiting for my parcel since 25 days. The parcel is just 20 kilometers away from me since more than 10 days. But no one called me regarding my parcel. I haven't received it till now. The telephone number they given is also not working. Is this really a courier service?? 1 star rating is also very much for this service. There should be negative rating.
