It used to work(app and the gps tracker along with Customer Service) Now neither of the 3 work. C.S. is no where to be found and neither is my vehicle which the gps is in. Thanks alot for nothing

Worthless app, does not allow for ANY real time tracking... What is the point of this apl when the data is 6 days old?

App recently started crashing as soon as it's opened. Uninstall/reinstall didn't help. This is on a freshly rebooted phone.
The older version so MUCH better. You didn't have to ask for location. You got alerted right away and it tracked automatically. It's like you have to open the all app everytime you want to use it. Ease of use is gone.
It don't even ask you to sign up this is useless how can you ask for a password and you never even sign up
This update sucks! It does not provide a full address so you can't tell exactly where the GPS is located. Isn't that the whole point of a GPS?? SpyTec needs to fix this ASAP or I am gone!

Constantly looses connection to the account and I have to log out and log back in to bring it back which is quite annoying. Also the app is way too simplistic and lacking basic information such as the battery percentage. For the amount of monthly fees paid for the service and the cost of the devices I would expect something a little more comprehensive and user friendly.
It never shows a low battery status, if that could be fixed, and maybe add a push notification when battery is low I would rate 5 stars.
The app does not update properly on my android phone. I can track movements online on a computer. But this app does not update location all the time (only randomly). So its useless when it says a car location is up north when it actually down south somewhere. 2018 April review.
This app works like you would expect 20 years ago. Like playing an old video game. It's prehistoric! GPS is always hundred of feet off too. Sad
It works don't get me wrong but the one thing this app should have is u can set a ping for a certain location and alerts u when the target is near or at the location the app does worth some times u have to clear it out then go back to it and it does not have real time but the app does work
Download went fine. On the second day it won't open. Two days! My user is correct as so is password. Uninstalled and reinstalling. Will give update. **********UPDATE********* Reloaded about an hour or so ago. Download done, sign in went through. I signed out and you guessed it. Could not sign back in. *********SOLUTION********** DON'T SIGN OUT! Absolutely stupid. Started researching other tracker devices and their app track record. (!). Suggest you should too.

Not real time updates. A few days after service began my acct got a $10 monthly unapproved upgrade. I tried talking to someone in CS but that never worked & the email responses I've recieved didnt really even relate to whatever issue I was having then. I found better options after I'd bought their tracker so now I'm stuck with it. I can't get help fixing my issues & I've never been able to access all the options tho I should because I've pd for the most expensive package for 4 months now.
