Unable to use, TrackSmart has a few different systems. I would like to have the TrackSmart Scheduling app bit for some reason it is not available on Andriod, however is available to iOS users and I'm confused to why that is.
App barely works. Crashes multiple times when submitting time. Doesn't save properly. Takes forever to load. Utter garbage.
Crashes when I submit hours, but if I reopen and submit a second time it works. Overall just not a very well made app.
Wth happened to tracksmart scheduling??? I was registered with that but had to reset my phone and cant find it now. Was a very useful way at seeing my schedule rather then going through the website smh.
I know i have an account under the email, yet it keeps telling me my account doesnt exist. ive logged in before and it keeps telling me my info is wrong. i emailed then two weeks ago and they havent responded. this app is trash
Not useful at all, unable to access TrackSmart scheduling because it's not available for Android but is available for Apple...Why is when u open account it sends u link to download app for android?
No other feature than off time request, every other features are accessible through webpage.

My download wont allow for time management, what happened to it? Can only request time.
Lol, there's place to enter email and password but nowhere to sign up first. So then it tells you your password is invalid.
You cannot see your calendar on the app like you can if you log in through the desktop. Seeing if a day is available is one of the points of this program and the app fails to deliver. Very disappointed.
Would be very helpful if notes could be submitted on a daily basis instead of weekly

Once open, it goes straight to request time off. Waste of time!!!!
no option to manage from phone app, contact info and request time are the only two icons giving on the android version.

So far so good!!!!!! First day using the app............ No issues yet I be keeping my eyes open though. One hick-up then its bye-bye app...........

It asks for you to login. I can't login cause I'm not registered. But it won't let me register cause there is no link to register. I can't get past the first page!!! Junk!!!

Keeps telling me that I can not log in try again.
Unable to log in. Password is correct. Username correct. Email correct. Have reset everything as directed. All tracksmart apps are junk. Attendance app is junk. Timecard app is junk. Scheduling app is junk. In general.....TrackSmart is garbage. I assure you that if I was the decision maker or HR appointed administrator for my company I would most definitely use a different app. TrackSmart = junk and problem after problem!
