Really useful great features but would be better if you could save/ download the routes travelled- especially when it comes to speeding tickets.

Your website and mobile app, usually drops out and cannot be accessed, kindly improved on this. It is very important to always be accessible especially if there is an emergency.

Simple & Great work.. it's working smoothly and solve initial issue. It's can be improve by add extra features. We have build same kind of app with more features. But it's also really very good.

This application doesn't show my GPS tracker position, but my smartphone position. So sad...My ACC keep off all the time even the engine is running. And the response doesn't synchronise with my moving

Interface looks beautiful and complete. Wifi configuration is obscure, but works. Although the platform stopped responding a few days ago. The camera works, it records everything. Wifi routing works as well. But the software can't locate my camera again, and doesn't answer the comands. I tried talking to the camera seller, but it didn't work so far. I don't know what to do now. =/

Before using this app i am a used 'traccoo' it was a very good user experience. This app refresh every 10 sec but in traccoo app it was about milliseconds and a lining appear towards vehicle moving.

customer service is great. and app use to be useable. it was so much better when i first bought this product. now we are going on 4 to 5 months where the app doesnt work or do what it states it does. and still upset you won't put back the audio record playback feature back on the app. it helps so much with noise canceling and ability to hear clearly because because reception is better not picking up other radio cell frequencies.

Does all that I need it to do. I have a second (monitored) system installed but you can't view your trips. The only gripe is that the app needs to be running in the background for the push alerts to work. This is a serious shortcoming and needs addressing in future releases.

The app feedback funtion does not work, pops up the message that it needs some parameters. also, the email field is too short. Network connectivity issue. since upgrading the phone to the latest Android version, the app could no longer connect to the intaernet. I had to test and install older versions. The newest version that still works on the latest Android is 1.8.3 The developer fixed it. Back to 5 stars.

Push notifications stopped working. It used to work just fine. I have recently renewed my gps tracker subscription and noticed that exit/enter a geo zone doesn't send out push notifications even though the option is enabled in settings. The moment i open the app, push notifications start showing up... push should work in the background. Any ideas?

Have to do so many things. Vehicle doesn't show on exact route . It seems like very far from road while moving. Navigation not working. Too muchh jumping device issue. And km shows wrong like 1500km or 2550km thats not possible. So u have to work on this. And fix these wrong things. Except these things works well. very useful and user friendly app.

The list of Alerts (to set up) I wish there was a more detailed list to explain each Alert. Why can't there be a copy of the app for Windows so I can use it on my P.C.?

When you go for cheak play back record when you selected date and time and then go for record after some minutes app get falsh back to home screen. Which are not good for satisfying

Not very accurate or very easy to use. Most of the options don't work, and now I get emails telling me my subscription is due, but doesn't tell me how to renew it.

The update did upload. It works ok. I noticed that my vehicle goes offline short of thirty days...I thought it would expire on the 4-12th but air time expired on 4-9-2022.

works great when open, but when not open alerts are not timely whatsoever. they will come in a flurry several minutes up to an hour after a flagged event occurs. i also am unable to disable certain events from sending notifications. ironically, these events are more timely. overall a good product just needs a bit of work. update.. alerts are even slower to come through if at all.

ok app but can be very slow to respond. Sometimes sends me a text notification but not often. Notifications are data and only warn you when you open the app. Better than some of the other apps that are supposed to do the same job but only just. Support virtually none existent. It's free so can't grumble to much! update. recently contacted app author with an inquiry but he just doesn't seemed bothered to answer. Second time I've emailed and not got a reply so reduced star rating.

Poor instructions. Had to check YouTube for help. Sometimes sends text notifications with data notifications, sometimes doesn't. The tracker I bought came with a one year data sim so probably lucky to get text notifications at all. Can be a little bit slow sending notifications. Otherwise, not too bad for a free app.

Very good app.works quite well. I could suggest to you in future to think about adding a quick shortcut button or widget for wifi hotspot and camera access while parked ,app will become even better !

This app used to function properly and now nothing but problems. All our trackers are now showing offline. The platform does not recognize our customers trackers. Very disappointed now

Would get 5 stars if the app opened and tracked straight away, need to close and go back into app coue of times before map zooms in on vehicle position.
