Worst trading experience ever in my life. They did not help us and their account opening process is very slow. Lots of bugs in this app many times its not working properly. Lot of complaint has dropped on their mail id but issue not resolved. This app is useless what you people are doing fixing the bugs or creating new one. In every graph I have to select cross hair cursor. Why it is not saving preference like before it was doing. Positions not getting refreshed properly.

I have had to wait for a little longer to get things going as the URl's Id and password were confusing to start with. First of all, the web interface is pathetic. Web and Mobile Apps are not even close to the competitors. however, the desktop app looks promising. Support provided is genuine and timely. Only time will tell if the service is good. The stars are only for the timely help.. They need to drastically improve in order to stay in the market.

Tradeplus mobile app is not working properly. Particularly when I open charts, I am facing problems to delete indicators , to come back from chart view. Some times It is not responding. Unlike Zerodha you are charging for using this software. But you are not taking any steps to improve this software. USER NAME - 82472680 No change in my opinion. The app is not working poperly. The developer, I think, did nothing to rectify the problem. Tradeplus loses its brandname if this continues.

Trade plus mobile app gets hanged frequently, specially at the crucial time during trading. Specially it gets hanged when I want to take a position at resistance/support level. Due to this I had to bear losses many times. Initially I thought it is due to data speed or mobile. I changed the mobile and internet data provider, but to my surprise I found that it is the fault of Trade plus mobile App. I had reffered trade plus to my friend and he is also facing similar problem. Request to fix issue

Mr. Rohit has guided me for account opening as well as for all the issues for setting up account initially. Always instant support from their side. Application is quite good but there's little problem when square off order need to change type of product every time.

worst mobile app , before developing the software kindly view other software like zerodha upstox , no total profit option we have to us calculater , every time placing order v have to keep mic market order etc can't make it as default . slow slow slow ... not user friendly but web infinity power is much better good excellent ... software to be updated 1 slm 2 net profit (overall profit r loss) 3 default settings for mis nrml and market order and limit order 4 speed 5 user friendly

Once you open account, no one bother to your issues, tried all options to connect customer care but in vain. Every one will just say contact customer care no one will take care of issues. Also false promises done to open account and then denied straightway once your account is opened.

Prompt & excellent service from trade plus. They have experienced person to deal every concern of the customer with regular call checks, mail, brokerage plans, software update, trading facility and a good guidance from their end. Good experience with Trade plus. Would definitely recommend others about trade plus. Cheers to whole team of trade plus.

They show interest on you for opening account only. After wards they do not lift your phones, do not answer ur calls and simply forwarding all ur calls from one to another and time passing. In any case avoid Trade plus. It's my own experience. I'm still having 400 in my account and I don't know how to withdraw my funds. They don't bother. My experience is horrible with them.

Excellent for Intraday trader, infini app is very easy to navigate. Does not hang during pick time. Great service 👍 Suggest: need to have fingerprint sensor in order to login into app. Thanks for good app and service.

Excellent ! and quick response and feature explained. Great support from miss Harshita, , i realy appreciate the way she supported me simply understand the basic concept of infinite app and web portal along with live demo. It was a great experience with Trade Plus and fantastic software. It is more user friendly and anyone can get the things executed at fingertips.

App is not refreshing automatically, everytime need to press refresh button to know the status of position. tradeplus is charging for this platform, it should improve a lot from current state. other brokers are giving much better platforms for free of charge.

I am very much satisfied with Trade plus online .. the brokerages they offer and the kind of technical support is great.. timely support and the response time is really good when compared other brokers in the market.. very much satisfied with the over all performance of the team and the application ..

What is this? *No Derivative data (Open interest analysis) *No Option Chains *No Proper app like UI. It's just copy paste of website. Very bad to handle. Please look at the kind of trading platforms provided by Edelweiss I know you guys provide low brokerage but at the same time you are charging a good amount for trading on app. Then please at least provide such services. We are traders not investors, hence we need a fast and convenient platform on hand with all tools and data. Please look at UI of app and provide data mentioned above. Please look at that.

I am uninstalling this app as I have been struggling to see the charts clearly. In fact, the interface which you have provided is what makes me feel angry. I hate your app and I think it is one of the worst apps that has been used by me ever.

feedback after 5 months use :- App issues:-1)app super slow, price /graph dont update, results in trade loss 2)App takes 3 to 5 mins to open (sometimes even longer) and closes down 2 to 3 times a day if app is minimised so have to restart the app every time. 3)" instant trade conformation" is not instant it may take anywhere between 2 minutes to 12 hrs.4)they trade in your account without your permission, if you ask no one give any clarification.

Trade plus charges lowest brokerage. Still to experience the app. Support provides by the team was awesome! Have to thanks Shakila for it. She guided me for the whole process and did everything necessary to create the account. Hope they solve all the issues with the same zeal.

I found this tool really useful ... with all the screeners and tools at your disposal with this cost is really Good. The Customer service is also good with support from representative helping me with all the queries.

Tradeplus provides low brokerage is the best thing. But subscription needed for every thing even for software and basic charts also is not appreciated.The commodities chart platform looks good.

I find the services very helpful. The advisor Harshita is quite courteous and very knowledgeable about her job. The has explained the process in a very nice and user friendly way. I wish her a nice future and all the best.

User Friendly Interface with Key functioanlities demonstrated quickly with clarfications provided then and there. ITS department services was comprehensive and was easy to understand too. !!!

Hi .. trdeplus.. are u charging 499/month for this app ..!! worst app !! Not countable bugs here in charts !! There are no 30 min nd 1 hour time frame !! the most usble indicator rsi is not showing as user setting.. u must learn from zerodha.. its kite is awesome !! I think I wasted my money by opening account.. !!

Brokerage schemes are fine. if i get the call staffs response well and fulfill our doubts clearly please note: software needs to improve like chart and indicators. we cannot use moving average for above 100. if possible plz add hull moving average . cannot change some colors of indicators when i call to customer care i am waiting for at least 30 mins to get your service at every time.

The infini software provided by Tradeplusonline is very good. It is easy to handle and quick to respond. There is scope for improvement like historical trade data and P&L be made available in net position ACCORDING TO THE ACTUAL BUY PRICE INSTEAD OF LAST DAYS CLOSING PRICE. Sivaraman v m

Zero brokerage was the attraction compared to other trading platforms but the actual cost of trading operations, i am afraid, is going to be more than what i thought it would be; however let me sail through and see if my reading is right or not Software seems to be user friendly Guidance through the software demo was excellent

I face some problems. This app require again and again login process. any body taken position in commodity in night session.but app require again login,and they put wrong password . account become block .that time your customer care no sporting. Any stock broker require onetime login and hole day not require login process. please short out this problem.
