It's great to trade here. The courses help me gain a lot of experience, the charts and market information help me to grasp the price accurately and quickly. I already have an income for myself, it's not much but I will try.♡

It has been a very pleasant experience to use pionex. It's beginner friendly interface makes it easy for me to access it's features. Overall I am happy with what they are doing. Keep it up♥

So far the best of 3rd party trading platforms! Love the options but UI need some changes, I follow the project closely since their existing. I have to say until now the progress of the project, let me no choice to give them 5 stars and remove all other 3rd party trading platforms. Pump it !

I like this crypto currency app a lot. Price are pretty accurate. You can set up alarm too. Also can choose what exchange you wanna follow and lot more. You gotta check it out. Highly recommend!!!

Always getting "something went wrong" messages. Paid for a years subscription and do not get a response to my request for help. Can't use this site because I can't create a bot. (Also tried the web browser and that doesn't work either.). UPDATE: appears the problem has been fixed. I'd like to see new coins added to the bot list, when introduced in the exchange... but there appears to be a substantial lag before they become available.

so far, this is the best and simplest bot from my experience. For the app, please add (1) calculated profit summary (2) add the take profit progress bar just like the one in web's Dashboard. I also noticed the Buy coin for commission does not show correct value. I set it to yes for all my bots but in the app all shown as Off.

Every time I try to set a new bot on app, checking I have enough currency, it keeps saying something went wrong. When I set a bot up on web page and want to check on app, it says no active bots. 14.01.20 - After an update, it does seem better now, I can set up new bots. Sometimes glitches and takes a few attempts to set one up, but definitely an improvement.

I really like the service but there are some important problems with the app.the dashboard always displays that my total profit is 0, which is not true. Further, many times when creating bots, I can't set a value for stop loss other than 0.3 USDT, and frequently order step is set to 0% even though I manually set it higher. Will update to 5 stars of these problems are fixed.

Works really well. Takes a little while to set up., but if instructions are followed then it works really well. The bot works fine. No crashes or anything. Has been up and running for 3 months and already made quite a bit of money.

Thought it was great till i couldnt sign in on the app any more. The morning my trial ended i was unable to sign in on the app. Im able to login on an ipad and a computer but my lg g7 thinq cant login, i was going to subscribe but i would like my app to work first. Tried clearing data and cache, even reinstalled still nothing, just says "something went wrong". i understand its still in development. The service is great, the app is just a little buggy.

They immediately fixed the issue. I forgot to change my review. While the bots are quite simple compared to others I have used, i am making quite a good profit. You can't just set out and forget it, you have to check your pairs a few times daily. I will be definitely purchasing a monthly plan. Thank you developers!!

I do all my trading with this app. A++ . please add positions to chart and orders and be able to move them with the mouse. and you'll have the best trading app!!. ps. it's fast. very fast.

Update: App is working correctly now. Thank you. App is not functional. Tried to create some bots but the NEXT button isn't accessible. So cannot create any bot from the mobile app. Using a paid yearly subscription.

Been using this app for the last 5 days been really good very similar to 3commas but a little more simple, the only thing I've found is the app doesn't match up with the website when logged in. On the app its telling me I've made XYZ and on the website I've made more because I think the Grid bots aren't included on the app version. Hope this makes sense.

After purchasing the platform became very buggy and would not accept the bot configurations I was submitting through the web nor the app. The purchases are not refundable so that is an issue. Also support takes a week to respond to email tickets.

Decided to get into a bit of crypto trading about a month ago, so I went on YouTube to find out abit more info about it all, in the end I was drawn to tradesanta as a few sites said it was a good easy to understand website and app, anyway been using it about a month, both app and website and I can tell you it is brilliant, easy to understand, you can get yourself trading in no time, I was a bit green at first, especially sorting the exchange out but, yeh, brilliant piece of kit. 😊👌

Nice and simple app. However... I can't navigate all the bots from the App, it shows only the last 20. It would be awesome to sort bots by last activity/unrealized profit !!!

I like this app but ive not made any profits even on breakouts 40%...and after the bot runs out of trades it puts your profits back into the market only to break even. Whats the deal with that? Im tempted to say it is useless so far but maybe its something i didnt do right. Any suggestions?.....I guess not its been a few days and the bot has gotten worse will be deleting it now and finding one that works. No way trade santa is ready to charge for this bot yet. Should remain free.

This is the completest crypto trading app I have tried. It takes a while to learn how everything works together, but the reward for sticking to it is massive. Keep up the great work!

This is the worst app i have had the displeasure of using and paying for. After my month is up I'm going with Pionex. I never had any issues with their app or website.

It's a great apps! The support team is very supportive! Looking for the future development to make the bot more convenience! :)

just testing the trial n so far it works fine.

I received a message that the evaluation plan has expired and that I have 2 free bots. But the app shows 0 available bots and asks me to update the plan. Why that happened? Change it and I will change my mind. I contacted with the customer suppport and received the answer: "This message is false. Please ignore it. We don't have a free plan anymore" ..... but you still send the message for the free bots. Also, the period is to small for a evaluation, I earned 0.5$ and you ask me to pay 20$

Surpassing, keep it up with the updates. I have most of the current trade bots, and TradeSanta has been the most steady profit maker. To date, there are all the crucial features.
