Very Poor. Your Information Technology team need to be strengthened. Not upto the mark for online trading. Most of the time it gets struck and pop ups are also not received, defining the problem. It says poor internet connection , but when other trading apps works with the available speed, why not this one

Worst app!!! Says, no internet connectivity even when the internet in your mobile flows like a river. No MPin, Fingerprint. User Interface okayish. Nothing great. Hesitation in trading like insufficient info on margins, funds, etc. Cannot transfer funds from app, and many more...
Guest login not working. Lots of stock broker provide free access to their trading app. Delay data can be consider. But at least free access should be there.. once you login then second time login not applicable. See other app like - Karvy online or Edelweiss trading app they provide free access to their app at zero cost. Try improve app service
No Mpin no Pattern.. Such a time wasting app in compare to Technology. For fund transfer use their back office app such a disgusting yaar. If some call ring than your login get logout. For Trading thats ok. No pblm. Also no watchlist in the dashboard. For searching of any scrip or company you have to write code. No upgrade in the app. For normal use its ok. Not proper holiding chat. Please use technology and get best of yours.
