I have trying to access the app for weeks. But everytime I open the app I get the pop-up message to update the app to the new version, but the thing is that there is no update on playstore. I have been trying to get in touch with them but no one has been able to help so far, through and through the service has been exceptionally poor. Switched to a different broker after many years of association just realised I have been missing out on alot.

The app is good for trade and tracking but lot of improvement required. Login is cumbersome as it needs password as well as PAN everytims. Biometric auth. natively available in Android which could have been more convenient. Background process and hardware usage is very high due to which application crashes multiple times and notification saying "Doing heavy tasks" pops frequently. There is no view in app which shows full portfolio with total value and day's profit/loss with total profit/loss.

I have been using the app for trading for a long time, and I find the user interface very easy-to-use. I don’t think the app uses too much memory from my phone because when I use my phone doesn’t slow down like other apps. The menu has very clear options listed and almost everything that I need to keep a track of my money!

Extremely user unfriendly. Whenever I am trying to log in it says, new version available, please update. But when I go to play store I already find I have the latest version. This is continuing to be so for a long time. Not able to access my account. And now they will say the account was not accesses so ID is blocked.

One of the best things I like about this app is the grid view that lets me see unlimited market watch in a few scrolls rather than scrolling for pages and pages. Also, the overall UI experience is seamless and I can easily trade whenever I want. Would recommend this app to anyone who wants to try trading!

When I was using other apps, I faced an issue of slow speed when looking at stocks chart, and issues while withdrawing referral amounts. But with the Tradesmart app, I face no such problems. The app is informative, quick, reliable, and very smooth to use! 5 Stars!

Good trading app. The loading time is quick, the transition between pages is fast, and the overall layout and UI of the app is very convenient and easy. With the live news from the stock market, and industry insights from the advisors at LKP, this is an ideal app for an amatuer trader looking to trade for the first time!

After the latest update, the app has become really faster than before. I am happy with the overall experience. I loved the ‘guest login’ option where I did not have to share a lot of information but I could still use some features of the app. When I got the idea, I started trading and investing with the help of constant updates from their team!

I was facing some account opening issues in the beginning, but when I reached out to the customer support team, I did not expect such a prompt and quick resolution, as many others apps don’t offer such swiftness! Very happy with the overall app experience and the easy account opening process.

A comprehensive investment app. One of the features that I like is the proper ledger and transaction details, which you can easily access from the menu dropdown. Other pages on the menu are also very clear and load quickly.

The overall app performance and speed is great. As for the menu options, I get live market updates and FII/DII/MF activity on the go. I also like the Fair value and Option value calculator, as it helps me make my investment decisions with clarity in mind and on the go, rather than visiting some other app or website. Great app!

One of the best and safest investment apps I have used in years! Even while registering, I could see a lot of security steps, which gave me assurance at the get go, that my details and money will be safe! I had to force stop the app 1 or 2 times, but that hasn’t happened since I updated it! Good work LKP!

Great demat account opening service. I just submitted my documents, and my details were verified and the account opened in no time. Even the server performance is fast. Everything on the app is so clearly listed, so it's convenient for a novice trader like me!

Awesome interface of the app! I have been using this app because of the ease of the platform and the security measures the app offers for my portfolio. I can access and manage all my assets on a single dashboard, and also love the constant updates and news about the market.

Appp has all the features, but it appears to be heavy and strainous to the eye . Try to make it light and easy to eyes. Deep colours are not required. Fonts are too small.puts tremendous strain on eye when viewed for a longer time. Check ventura or 5paisa apps. You will know the difference.

Getting messages for updates but can't install. While giving a try to update, the app opens in play store. After uninstalling and after reinstalling, at least the version should be installed. I am tired of this mess.

Tried to access for weeks.... Initially it was just OK type... But now after opening it is showing new version is available. But after going to update it doesn't show anything other than just two buttons open and uninstall...... Very good apps are available in market and if you will not update your self you will be Kodak... So check the pulse of market... And change it

I love this app for their prompt customer support service. I had issue signing in to my account once and I needed to withdraw one of my stocks immediately. The customer support team was very helpful and quick in their response and resolved the issue quickly. I also like the offering from the financial advisor team at LKP, with their insights and advice.

The app is so CONVENIENT! All my investment portfolio on 1 single dashboard, and I can manage and track them so easily! Also, the Market section with news and daily updates, I don’t even need to open any other news source for learning what’s going on! Seriously a one-stop shop for my trading activities!

The app is asking for an update as of 12th April 2021, however the last update available on play store is of July 2020. Not able to perform normal trading as it will not allow me to login until the app is updated, and there are no latest updates made available. Have tried re-install as well but still the same issue

I liked the interface and overall ease to work. But after last update, app have stopped sending notifications regarding trade suggestions. Also alerts added doesn't get triggered.

Comes up with a message to update after installing and opening the App. When you try doing that it takes you back to same screen. Doesn't go any further. Pathetic useless App.

After update it's too slow not able to get the script names quickly especially options as we used to get earlier. No use of update. After placing orders many times it will not reflect need to close and open app many times.

Excellent 👍👍👍 App to use. Benefitted from it's use. One can withdraw and pay money to from/to the Company. Still it needs some, meagre improvements. Find and place certain FAQs in the APP itself. Eg., I am unable to delete, any scrip added by mistake to the portfolio. Can someone from LKP help please?

Best trading app! I personally love the market overview dashboard with detailed description and customizable filters to get a view of the market on a particular day. The customer support is also very responsive!

The app cant let me login the portal, it shows new version is available, kindly update. Once i click on the update link there is no update showing in play store. The same thing is going over and over.

Great offering from LKP! I have been trading with LKP Securities for a long time, and my experience has been good. While their website is good, the Tradesmart app is even better and convenient. I can trade, track my assets, and get daily updates on the go and with just a few clicks. The app fits into my lifestyle just right!

I posted below message on 23rd of last month, still no action from them, really surprised. "No update available and app is not getting initiated as it pops up update available message. Lost opportunity to trade. Horrible"

I liked how easy it was to open a demat account! I just submitted my documents, got verified, and my account was open in no time! Otherwise apps ask for so many details. For other things also , the app is fast. I even get daily updates of the market from the team at LKP!
