1. Not so Easy to use 2. Too many options but not any good setup examples to be found 3. The most annoying tutorial i have ever seen, look at youtube ypu may find have 10 minutes easy setup videos. 4. Hate the tutorials too lengthy and not to the points, unnecessary bla bla bla So why 5 star, if you learn to use it, it's great BUT good luck getting used to it.
Compared to the desktop platform, this app isn't even bare bones. Calling it a shell would be charitable. You can buy and sell from the app, mostly, but the charting is basic garbage. It doesn't even carry over indicators you set up on the desktop platform. I trade at work and can't access the desktop platform, so my phone is all I have. Webull has a lot more functionality, and it's cheaper to trade with.
It was pretty hard to use I was emailed a $10 sign up offer or I never would have been interested in this but I got the offer and it is not easy to get the$10 at least for me. It's the first time I didn't get the promotional funds ever. Also the app is very limited and other similar apps have a better layout.
Terrible! I had to call them for the first 4 or 5 logins because of problems with the site accepting my password and now I can't even buy a simple call option because they put such extreme restrictions that I am already closing my account within the first 2 weeks of signing up for Tradestation! Terrible! One of the worst ones I have tried!🤬😡🤬🖕
It's very hard to navigate. They have crypto separate from everything else and there is so much going on inside the crypto part that it gives me a headache trying to navigate. ITS 2022 TIME TO SIMPLIFY.
Three things i like: 1. It's more intuitive than other platforms I've used. 2. Our customer service contact is the best I've ever seen. 3. Tons of content to learn the platform. My only two issues: 1. The desktop, Web and mobile versions are not all in sync. Having to chart over and over again is ridiculous in a cloud based society, no? 2. The news section is rarely updated. It would be nice to get the same breaking news other platforms provide in real time from this broker.
Favorite trading app out of about a handful I've used. User friendly and also inexpensive for beginners. I'm sure there are other good apps out there, and you may need to have/try a few as a newer trader...this is just from my experience.
App executes fast but I can't edit where I want a line to go when charting or even when trying to insert a text on my charts, nothing happens. Also the app will kick me out while in the middle of trade on occasion.
Good platform, poor pre release auditing. Paragraph explaining "trailing stop %" was wrong. I called up customer help desk to clarify, he confirmed that the trade explanation was incorrect and promised correction in next release. Since then it doesn't show up when placing an order but still pops up when you replace a trailing stop % order. Mistakes like this erodes confidence in brokerage platforms and drives clients to hopefully more reliable platforms. Please do some damage control.
Why did you ruin the OVERVIEW PAGE just like Tdameritrade/Schwab did? Android Samsung s10. These changes are aweful. Horrible. Font sizes not consistent AND TOO FREAKING LARGE. You ruined the condensed format of the overview page and now have to constantly scroll downward. Instead, make this compact. GIVE ME THE ABILITY TO SET MY FONT TYPE AND SIZES regardless of your software development tools used. Sheesh!
3/18/22 I spent over an hour and a half with tech support and a young lady named Arianna. I've never had such amazing, respectful, and confident support! As a rookie to the Trade Station platform using Windows 11, she solved my technical issues in a very smooth, professional manner. Being my first attempt to contact technical support at Trade Station, it proved to me that the Trade Station support team sets the bar pretty high. Thank you Arianna for your exceptional service. App used to work well. The past month I've been getting a Network Error when I try lookng at my quotes. Tradestation customer service says theres nothing wrong with the app and is telling me it's a phone issue. I can do anything except look at quotes which means I can't trade. How can that be a phone issue if the app operates but only a few thing within the app won't work.
Keep receiving messages about making a first deposit. I made my first deposit over a month ago. Hard to understand/navigate format. For the fact that they said they didn't receive my first transaction it was halved the day after I invested it.
This is for me without doubt the best platform i've used and i wont be changing anytime soon. A must for any level all the tools you'll ever need then more.
Not helpful. Lot of run around with no problem solving. Then all of a sudden after failed attempts to be able to access and withdraw my money, it was just gone. Don't fall for this scam
Fire the developer of this App. You are losing customers to other brokerage firms due to the incompetence of whoever developed this App. The desktop app is wonderful. The mobile App needs to catch up. Or keep losing customers.
Doesn't have any of the most popular mobile app banks like One,Varo,SoFi,Lili,Venmo,zelle and all the others! So no way to cash out! Has PayPal but when you add it, it doesn't ever show up on the external account page!
Its works ok and functions ok. I would like to see the expected move near the expiration dates in the options chain.
Don't like the mobile app retaining my password. ESPECIALLY my password without even asking me to remember it. This is not acceptable and will delete app from phone if this can't be resolved.
You promotion was 10 in crypto to start out for new account and I didn't receive that. Not sure why. Probably just as normal as any other services but at least Coinbase held up to there promotion.
The mobil app is confusing. I cannot see my true earnings, while I am in a trade. There is no balance button anymore. I am unhappy with the new app layout. I like the old Mobil app layout much better. I am having a hard time trading with the new mobil app layout.
It's okay, can't move the chart up or down, just left. If you want to check your trade it's okay or place a trade with a limit order and stop. I would give the ability to set price alerts ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ though, great to go through charts on higher time frames a set up alerts near supply and demand zones.
This app is ALWAYS shutting down... in the past 5 minutes, it has kicked me out 3 times... This is completely unacceptable. Then a box popped up to ask me to rate it, so here we are. I would rate it lower because of aggravation, but I like it when it actually works.
Very good app, best I tried so far. Would like to see more training pages on the good crypto website, especially on using the various limit orders. Some of the training found on the blog uses different descriptions and words to describe the same app functions which is confusing.
Learning still in progress. Understanding features and functionality alot more also.
TradeStation app is easy to use and understand. The app is interesting and fun way to learn about stocks.
A little frustrated as the app started well but they have now shut down oil options. More blocking of the common trader so only the super rich make money
The new layout is horrible.. It's hard to see and find unrealized and realized profits and losses. This new layout is UNNECESSARILY COMPLICATED & FRUSTRATING. The old way with realized on left unrealized on right was so easy and less frustrating. I would think a change should make sense and make things better not worse!
