Edit - decided to take a break because of the horrible listing experience. Came back and redownloaded it 2 yrs later to see if things have improved. Still just as horrible. The app never functions properly and most of the options don't save. The photo crops won't save. The order you arrange the photos won't save. When you go back to edit the listing, regardless of how many times you save it, it always reverts back to the original order so I never have the correct image as the cover photo.

App crashes constantly. Unable to edit without several attempts. Will not delete a photo ever. When posting new pic to already live item, it crashes, everytime. When adding a new item it won't let you look through albums on you device you have to go through every single pic. I have 70k pics on my phone and don't have time to go through them all. Including the trash file. New item post upload only pics it wants never puts the cover shot in front. Tried to add had to put in draft to do it

As a seller... Sales are very slow. When something does sell... Tradesy takes a large percentage and an additional fee and it takes FOREVER to get your money. You have to wait 7-8 days after the buyer receives the item then you have to wait for the bank to process the withdraw. Way slower than any other selling platform.

High end fashion for less, while authenticity is confirmed by by Tradesy. Just bought a new snickers for one quarter of the original price. They even made it to purchase through affirm for very low monthly payments with very low interest. Tradesy is recommended.

I am a new seller & I have struggled to load pictures...have updated and have all the permissions granted. I could not edit and add pics. After finally giving up & then reading all the other negative reviews regarding the same issue over a 3 year period of time, I see I am not alone. Will take my items to Poshmark & The real real. Total waste of my valuable time.

Tradesy is a trusted shopping site. If you don't like the item or need it checked out, Tradesy will do just that. They will work with you. I am pleased. I got a store credit for a return and was able to add that to an even larger purchase. Thanks TRADESY!!

Everything works great, the only problem is uploading pictures is not that easy for the sellers. Maybe iPhone is easier but for android is slower and harder. I don't use app to upload pictures because it would take me forever. I do it on their website it's a little bit faster but you can't resize or rearrange it. Posting one item will take me 15 to 30 minutes...resizing, rearranging, uploading, saving its so annoying and time consuming. Please fix the problem, it's been a long time...

I bought several bags and have unique style . I hope some have a picture wearing it so we can see how it looks like . Thank you

I want to love this app but I'm torn. As a seller, Ive had luck selling but it's pretty random. I absolutely hate posting things through the app though! The process of posting photos takes me 10-15 minutes alone. At that point, I really just want to give up. Resizing the picture, picking a photo for the cover...its AWFUL! I'm really surprised no one else has the issue. If by some chance you get past that part, I'm pleased with the rest of the flow. Shipping cost are terrible for buyers...

The app is ok. I've had several issues trying to search for items and it doesn't work. Brings me back to the home screen. Selling isn't very user friendly, uploading pictures shows the 8 pics I uploaded, then I go to save the listing and there are only 2 pics. Tried it several times and got same result. Then I get an email my listing will sell faster with more pics. DUH! Definitely NOT happy that once the buyer receives their item I have to wait 21days to get paid. Poshmark is way easier to use.

The app is great for sellers getting alerts for questions, and checking your closet. Not so great for loading pictures, or searching for specific items. If you add 12 pictures in the app, only 4 will actually appear in the listing.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️The search is based upon the sellers own "key words", not the actual name that you put in the search bar. If those items were fixed, I would give 5 stars.

They take an extremely high percentage from each sale as opposed to other apps. Less frequent payouts. The whole process of making a sale goes on much longer than is necessary. This is another platform that only benefits the buyer and because of this, leaves room for possible fraudulent purchases and refunds. Much better options to sell your things out there. Would not recommend.

Hi! This is a great concept of an app, and I want to change rating, but I dont know how to contact anyone about my concerns. When I list my photos, on my phone they disappear when the listing goes active or in a different order deleting photos. I really wish it wasn't such a pain to figure out. Any tips would be great

Horrible app! I downloaded the app so I could use a coupon advertised on the website since it kept telling me the coupon only worked in the mobile app. Everytime I try to make purchase and go to checkout, the item disappear from my cart or ends up crashing. There's also nowhere to put down the coupon code. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Been a seller on here for years now. I appreciate that they have a phone number. They advertise your items for sale, you can find them on any search engine. Cannot post pictures on here at all, it can take me up to 20 minutes just to finish one listing. It's literally holding up my business and it's virtually impossible for me to expand my inventory! Needs tech improvement badly! I just found out they randomly removed a bunch of my makeup listings without my knowledge or consent, I'm so pissed!

Not sure why this app needs a whole 20% profit of YOUR sales. When you could take stuff anywhere else and sell it for no fee other then shipping if you need to ship something. Kind of feel like this app is earning way more then it needs to be. Ripping a lot of people off for their items. Just kind of makes me mad to see that I've put an item up there for 370$, and I only make 290$ of it.. The shipping being included is cool, but their fee is ridiculous.

New seller here! So far im not impressed. im trying to list my first item and initially it seemed to be going fine, but when my listing went live, SURPRISE! No photos and couldn't find my listing. i tried over and over to get the photos to upload but no luck. so now i have a listing with no photos and not even sure its live. normally i use poshmark and thought id give another app a try. so far not off to a good start! BTW, website has the same photo issues!

I have an impossible time searching for items (other non-related items pop-up) and can't for the life of me figure out how to filter or sort. The website is infinitely easier. In order to get the app discounts, I have to use the website to fill my cart and then checkout using the app. Not the most user-friendly app.

Absolutely terrible platform with zero communication. To start off with, how does one contact customer service? Tradesy provides no protection for their sellers. They claim to offer full refund to the buyer if they change their mind and still pay the seller as long as the item matches the listing description. But there is no way to know why a buyer decided to return a purchase and why Tradesy won't endorse the responsibility even though your item and listing accurately matched. Very Shady!!!!

There is a glitch when adding a listing with Android phones...it works fine with iPhones. When attempting to add photos, the app crashes but saves the listing as a draft. When you go back to edit the listing and try to add photos, the app still crashes. Please review with your developers!

So I placed my first order last night and look at me today placed another order I definitely like it too much It's almost like that one app that everybody uses to buy everything except were getting gently used luxury for a fraction of the price, of course just fashion and accessories but whatelse is there?that's right nothing but tradesy. The ONLY 2 cons the absolute biggest downfall ever to happen when you buy something? you get a message it was already sold 😞. The #2 con is the delivery wait

This app is literally so broken. It crashes every time I try to edit the description on a listing, and it won't even let me post new listings now. Every time I click on the type of item I want to sell, it just does nothing. I like the concept, but it is so poorly executed that the app can't be used.

Terrible experience. Purchased a bag clearly stated "Ships Next Business Day" on the ad so that it can be on time for a trip. Tradesy did not accept my payment and requested screen shots of my personal credit card account to prove my purchase. I complied and they told me it would still take up to 4 days to approve me. I never thought I'd have difficulty buying something with money.

NOT seller friendly! I pulled the few listings I had. Without sellers there can't be buyers. Stories of returns: buyer used item, then forced a return.Tradsey decided item sold for above fair market value, and forced a return. If I have an item in a rare print or color, I will sell it for more. Protecting sellers from scammer buyers is just as important as protecting buyers from scammer sellers! 3-4 wks to get paid? Nope. Sticking with other platforms that protect their sellers.

it's HORRIBLE!!! They went all the way to create a code to FORCE you to be redirected to the app anytime you click on a Tradesy product anywhere, but it takes you to an unrelated page and when you try to search the product by name, it DOESN'T WORK!!! Very, Very Very Frustrating!!!

It used to work great when I first got on my IPhone. Ever since I got an Android the photos disappear, the cover photo I choose doesn't happen. It switches to a different photo and the photo edits change. I'm tired of using redoing my listings.

It's horrible. Every time I click on a particular item, it jumps to a completely unrelated item. And the search feature doesn't work either. If I try a search for pink heels, random items show up.

I am really impressed with the way this app is designed. Kudos to the design team, however, there is one bug fix that requires attention. It stops quite often. I mean it just stops!! So you have to shut it down and wait........ This really needs your attention. Thanks.
