I saw that the account's risk setting can now be adjust in the website, it would be nice to be able to adjust the risk setting in the app also...
Sade.. saw you Uno presentation and wanted to give a try.. sign-up required, no demo account.. and pwd max 13 chars with some weird restrictions.. so, no sorry, the first touch with your app is not at the top..
It is unreliable in its information updates. Incredible as it seems the chart does not update. Although I have the pro subscription I'm limited to the orders I can make through this... thing. In short, an unbelievable basic trading app that should have never seen the light of day. If you value a mobile app for trading look elsewhere as TradeZero is definitely not for you.
2 stars for being Tradezero, which is an awesome broker when using the web platform. No further stars because I can log in when I am not using the google store app, but as soon as I try to login on the app it says my information is invalid. So the app doesn't even work. Constantly locks me out of my account. Good idea, POORLY executed.
Edited down to 2 stars because it frequently will not retrieve data, it really ought to be more reliable.. The app is okay, but not amazing. I wish they made it easy to fund the accounts, they won't take payment from my bank and it costs 15 dollars for me to have it wired in. Originally they offered to pay the fees, but the second time I had to pay the fee myself because apparently $2,500 is not a significant sum to them...
The confirm and sell buttons in the app for trades is way too small!! you tap a little bit off, it goes out of that window, or it doesn't execute at all ( I missed the button). It is very hard on the fingers. The buy and sell buttons should be freaking big. Thanks. Edit 2-14-2021::: the quote limit on the watch list is quite limited...very annoying - Also, BUG- having OTC stock $0.14 per share value reads as zero on this app. - Add feature to fill shares field with current position size.
Hi, thank you for the changes and corrections you guys made in the app. Can you also add the option of what order type we prefer? Right now its default is "Market" order. It is very inconvenient because I always need to change it to "Limit" each time i place my order. Also, there's a little arrow below the Ask Price whenever I place my order. Can you move the arrow a little bit away from the Ask Price? Everytime i tap the Ask Price, I accidentally tap the arrow also.
It freezes almost every time at the market open, and this can easily make a person lose their money. Also advertised as "free" but they still have commissions and charge larger than average withdrawal/deposit fees among other charges. Would avoid. Very unprofessional.
Trading on this is frustrating, sometimes I log in and it's as if I don't have any funds or any trade history. Blank. At times I go to a chart and it is displaying me another chart. Other times funds in account don't show and not able to trade although it's completely nfine on the desktop platform. So many bugs with this app it surprises me there's barely any updates. 👎
Very poor quality app both in UI and UX. Standard's need to be raised. You may only look at competitor WeBull with its free desktop and mobile application to see where you guys should be at.
Avoids this platform, they have a lot of problems, last week I couldn't cancel my order, I canceled it many time but it was still here, I lost money cause of that and what I got from them, sorry we apology about this problem, we're working to fix it but we don't refund losses, even if they are the reason. When the marker open they always have problem, you're disconnected ad you get a black screen so you can't do anything, so if you're in a position you can't do anything and the same.. Apologie
The sign up process is insane. I really wanted to get in on the app because it had a lot of things i wanted like options, no commissions etc. But after i completed like 10 steps for signing up, provided document proof of residence and driver license I was hit with the 12th step which involves completing another 22 PAGES formular in order to be accepted.
Can't use it. Clicked the help link in the setup email, after several emails back & forth I was told they were the international office and I needed to submit a help request from the US office. Um...I went through the whole setup already and selected that I was in the US so why would my help link go to the wrong office? It shouldn't be this hard to setup.
It doesn't have a way to save password and or use biometric fingerprint access. My password is 16 digits. Really annoying needing to check my password app everyime. I'll update review if this ever gets fixed.
Wanted to try this app but I don't want to put 2500 dollars in it when the reviews say it is buggy. The last thing you want in a stock trade app is for it to be glitchy. Just worried I'll put my money in and then have to turn around and pull it out and it will be stuck in the banks and I won't be able to use it. So I'm giving it 3 stars because I didn't get to try it but it's not great that I need 2500 to start an account.
Tried to Sign Up for the app as new user, but could not! I click on Sign Up button and It redirects me to Login screen. I type in my login and password - it does not let me in. You need to fix Sign Up button/screen, guys!
You messed up the app. What happened? The way it was before the update was Decent. Now, it logs me out every time I jump to a different app! Also, it doesn't let me take action immediately, I have to push the 'i' button first. You know this is about speed.
This is the most needlessly complicated set up process imaginable for the current day. Won't even sign me into the app. Not a chart or access to even search tickers in sight. Horrible application.
DAY TRADES BEWARE! The app and the trade zero pro platform are EXTREMELY PRIMITIVE. Before you can execute one simple action like getting out of a position, you need to go through several steps. Limit orders including limit stop loss not always fill at the exact price. When day trading your window for taking profits or closing a position is already narrow and with this app it becomes very easy to lose money.
I'll give them three stars for the ability to Short any professional day trader knows their charts are terrible which is why I use TOS for my charting you have to put in a limit order because every other platform will be a few cents higher or lower and it takes a minute for them to update the price for some reason especially when you're paying $49 a month that's unacceptable. They give their free users more information than their paid users and customer support never answers before 6:00 a.m.
The app is still broken on Android. Won't allow you to sign up for an account and once you have signed up (via the web) the app won't let you login.
Spent a week having log in issues, once that resolved I cant log on from the phone app, says invalid password/email then once I try to reset password it says unable to process and call, smh
Worst mobile trading app, I have used mobile apps for IBKR, TD Ameritrade, E Trade, robinhood and DAS trader pro. This is the worst one. My watchlist disappear automatically, charts get stuck, no easy way to check balance, not to mention it keeps sthutting down.
great app. has everything I need. idk what these idiots are complaining about. the mandatory re-authetication is a security feature that can be toggled in settings, and the login can be made via biometrics.
Cannot log in, even though I have a TraderZero account. It always says Invalid Login/password, even after multiple password resets.
Please you guys need to do some serious work in order to make the app a good one, especially the charting is terrible,hats off to webull platform!! Learn from them..Anyway better than the previous one.
Terrible in a every way. Logs me out every 2 mins and refuses to get me out of positions. Desktop is 5 stars but phone app is worst thing ever!
I do not recommend tradezero at all, sign up process is a headache, and you can't directly top up your account like you can do with other platforms like ii investor or trading 212, instead you have to send your funds to some Bank and they have to forward it to your account, my money has gone missing and my Bank confirmed it was delivered, after providing sufficient proof of their account number and address on the statement i was told..we don't have your money and that i need my Bank to recall it
Login detail doesn't work for the app, but logs into the mobile site. On the mobile site, nothing works on the menu. Total waste of time, will suggest other options. And during registration, they kept making send my document over and over because their platform wasn't working.
