Downloaded app, opened for first time and got white screen for 2 min and counting. Force closed and tried again, same result three times. App is waste of time.
TAG app downloaded fine. Tried to login to IPPS-A authentication freezes halfway through. Reset ako and ds login so that both username and password match. Still no luck. Soldiers are supposed to have board preferences updated by 01 June and haven't been able to update at drill because of COVID...
My login and password gets a error. No way to troubleshoot. Support team unresponsive.
Continuing in proud tradition of failing to release any technology that's useful, functional, or beneficial to users.
Can't login in nor is there an option to create the TAG account to download the stupid IPPSA. Bring SIDPERS back!

Much like others have said it doesn't accept your password so you can't login and use it
Frustrating, pointless, just one more chore.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Tradoc should stay away from phone apps

Can't login, even after password reset. How else can I get these apps?
This app is a prime example of security being an obstruction to getting anything done. The secured apps within this gateway don't hold classified information, and yet I've spent the last 40 minutes trying to log into it with no success and no clear escalation path. Thank you for wasting my time.
