The users can receive information on traffic status within Kathmandu valley and remain informed about current status of traffic pressure at various intersections. Traffic App also facilitates the users to create customized routes to directly check the traffic congestion along their personalized routes, for example office, home,etc.
Traffic App also aims to raise traffic awareness among public and provide news and information on traffic related incidents, diversions and also about traffic rules.Users can get instant notifications on incidents that directly affect the traffic; read news about traffic; report incidents about accidents, lost and found vehicles; as well as lodge complaints or appreciate the hard work of Traffic Police Officers. Other functionalities include locating nearest traffic stations; bank locations to pay fine amounts; fine details; traffic reports. Traffic FM can be streamed online and users can directly call Traffic Police Control Room from within the app. Facility to quickly browse emergency contact numbers and download guidebook for license test are also available in the app.
Conceptualized by Metropolitan Traffic Police Division (MTPD), the Traffic App has been intuitively designed and developed by Capital Eye Pvt. Ltd, an IT company specialized in mobile app development for Android and iOS platforms, website development, software development and digital media communication. This app doesnot work. When I try to submit a photo it wont send. It crashes. Please check and update the apps compatibility with new Android.
Worst app.. It's been more than a 3 week, traffic live is not updated in realtime.
Shows green (no jam) even when the traffic is at standstill for a long time.
UI is not user friendly + crashes a lot.

Crashes and hang
This is a very useful application. I use it everyday. Thank you Metropolitan Traffic Police Department. However, it would be great if we could access the notification through the application as well...as and when we require to check the traffic status. I just receive push notifications and if by chance it gets deleted, I can't get it back. Am I missing something here?

Getting right information is so rare but the performance of the app defies the logic. Wherever I am I get the information about the road. Works wonder when I plan my travel, particularly within Kathmandu valley.

It's good n cool apps to use but when downloaded materials from this app cannot be opened
lacks design and performance ... features dont compliment the app performance ... lots of room for improvement ... nice app and idea but seems low quality and cheap
Very useful for people who drive. Only one thing. Can you please put a setting where in we can turn off the notification? It just gives a blank notifications mostly and I don't want any notifications as such.
Add a feature to enable people to known the routes which are one way, plus also the area where parking is available. Create awareness as where you can park where you can't. Update people with changing rules and regulations.
