TRAFI: Navigate Public Transit

user interface can be a lot better and a lot more user friendly. Walking directions is not available, or maybe i just cannot find it because the application is not very much user friendly. please improve the application's interface. Other than that, it is somehow accurate.. not the most accurate but you can survive with it. Many better alternatives available.

Trafi was the best public transportation app I had used so far, but now it doesn't recognize a lot of mainstream routes. It also doesn't locate your device accurately. Been having problems with estimated time as well (e.g. I'm leaving by 11:00 and trafi only show options from 13:00 onwards). I don't know what's happening and if it's only in São Paulo, but the app went from a 5 stars to 2 in only a few months.

Constant glitches in bus times. Me and my friends have missed important buses numerous times purely because trafi was showing the wrong departure times. I'm currently writing this from the bus stop as I've missed my bus that goes once an hour, purely because Trafi was showing me the wrong times. And it used to be so useful! I used to love it, it was very efficient to plan routes with this without doing weird math and time counting and googling. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

a nice additional feature would be a "save route" button or something like that since I like to plan my trips ahead and everytime I check how to get back home the route to my destination disappears. It would be handy to have all the possibile routes in front of you in the saved section to then be able to chose from.

In Istanbul, If I do the exact same search both online and offline, I get different results. Online, I get all the route options. Offline, I only get one choice (the least logical and convenient one) and refuses to use/offer the other bus lines that use the same bus stop outside my hotel. Really weird.

this app is really helpful to reach places for people with little knowledge of the city streets. User better also understand the transport system, then could combine some choice with other possibilities that might not incl. here, such taxi or online taxi etc. And it will be functional if trafi include distance (in km) as walking measurement not time (in min)

I'm a faithful user of this app for at least a year. it's the best one I've found so far. however, lately it's taking behind with the databases. I can't even find my address in downtown São Paulo. I don't know what's happening, but I'm being forced to look for routes in Google Maps because I'm constantly unable to do it in this app.

It's a very helpful app when I am commuting around Jakarta. However, I would like to suggest that you add a Start Navigation feature like google maps. I will give this app a 5 star if you have added that feature. Other than that, it's a really helpful app.

It worker fine and was a great app, but last few months the search does not work. It was possible to find every place (enter name of the place and it appears in search) but now search works only if I enter specific address. And some addresses even can't be found.

It's useful back then. But now I can't even use it. It displays "check your internet connection" eventho I already have the internet connection. It keeps loading and I can't open the app. I uninstalled and install again but it couldn't work.

Incredible platform, yet not always supported by real time data. Some buses are not traceable, especially in the peak hours (morning and night after office hours). However, this app is very helpful and the ETA is almost perfect.

Very informative app. A must for people visiting Jakarta. Nearly all modes are included within this one app, as I believe. Though vehicles' GPS can still be improved and purchasing methods also. Appreciated!

I've properly checked my phone's setting, but this app just won't run on mobile data. Making it completely useless in travelling It also sometimes guide me to the wrong transit and that's very annoying because I lost precious time

Application is lacking key features, like widgets, notifications, multiple saved places, and many more. No new features or improvement updates for over a year. Appears to be abandoned.

Almost perfect, only needs a visual cue for transits, maybe a different color in a route stop so we know where to drop-off mid-route rather than guessing and checking every stop manually.

I LOOOOOOVE Traffi! This apps is very helpful in estimating arrival time of TransJkt bus. I haven't use it for KRL arrival but it's okay. With Traffi, I could manage my time effectively. Pls keep up the good work and always update the route periodically.

Untill this day everything was fine. But now I cannot activate my tickets because system says try again in few moments. I cannot by new ones, because system says the same (though my bank statement shows I spent double amount of money on that). Hope problem will be solved soon. One star for now.

I've been using this app since 2018, and I was totally satisfied untill this day. Trafi deleted my tickets and writes that it cannot renew the data. I hope, it's just a little bug only for now but it is quite really awful!

Not always precise. Showed wrong bus (i.e. the program had the wrong bus route). That was bus #15A in Klaipeda (Lithuania) - it doesn't stop at Bibliotekos bus stop. And the program didn't show bus #5, which actually stops at Bibliotekos stop in Klaipeda. Please make corrections. Otherwise, good app.

Back in the day was a decent app, but now its just a waste of time to use. Time tables ar totally different from the real ones. So youre either late or always way too early.

I'm at Jakarta, Indonesia. I can't open and log on to Trafi, it said Check Your Network but my network is currently working. Tried to clear data and reinstall the app, even to join the Beta version of this app, but it couldn't help at all.

That brilliant app saved me a lot of time and data traffic during my trip to Istanbul, working fully offline. User Interface is clean and obvious and easy to use.
