Trailhead CU

As a new comer to using such apps, this is very easy to navigate. This is the first bank app I've ever used, and the freedom it gives you is unvalueable! It allows me to check my balance so I can purchase something I wasn't planning on, and if need be, transfer money from account to account. I can view my monthly statements and they are an easy read. I opted for this method to help the enviroment. The app is on my laptop and my phone. I feel very safe with this app as well.

UPDATE! The problem was with the credit union's setup, not the developer, the Credit Union has since fixed the problem, an in a few minutes of trying it again, it worked just fine! Problem solved! Thanks to the developer and Credit union. Changing to 5 stars! (Original review) I have tried multiple times to use mobile picture deposit, always says"no eligible accounts".

The mobile app for TrailheadCU does most everything you need it to but simple info to help processes is missing. The Mobile Deposit page should tell you to write, "For Mobile Deposit Only" under your signature and what the limit is for deposits, but the app tells neither. Exceeding the limit or failing to write the phrase causes deposits to fail. Both pieces of information fit easily on the mobile desposit page but TrailheadCU has elected to not share either via the app with the customer. Bad!

Pretty easy to use. Great if you have only one account, a little clunky for multiple account management. Great free app. Edit: the multiple account ease of use has improved significantly since the original review. Good app.

The app is harder to operate than the internet version. Also some things are only available on the internet version. Please expand the services offered by the app, and expand the accessibility.

It's good! Only suggestion would to be adding an option to copy routing number and checking number to a clipboard, but that might be a security risk, so, 5 stars.

Works fine for basic banking. Mobile deposit is a little finicky, but works okay in good lighting and with my screen dimmer turned off

Does everything that I need. Mobile deposit and bill pay works great. I've had this app at least 6 or 7 years and have never had an app related problem.

This app hardly works. Can't login 80% of the time. Can't access my account through the website either. Also the website says customer service is available 24 hours a day. That's a lie. This bank is becoming a disgrace

It's okay. It glitches sometimes and the processes don't really seem intuitive.

Overall smooth sailing! Would be great now with pandemic to increase mobile check deposit max value. Otherwise, the app works great.

I have Direct deposit, this app allows me to do financial transactions without have to leave the house. Due to covid my job has me working from home. I Love this app. ❤

Trailhead CU app works great. I do much of my banking from it and never have run into any issues.

No Face unlock makes it difficult to use for Pixel 4 XL users. The app otherwise works okay

Love the ability to transfer funds and check purchase anytime.

Keep writing "for remote deposit only" on my checks for mobile deposit and it keeps telling me to write it on my checks when i already have.

Love it.. everything is so easy to do from within the app.

Only accepts checks half the time for mobile deposit, with bogus errors.

Makes banking so much easier ESPECIALLY now with the pandemic!!
