Not a bad game at all. For me, personally, I would like to have seen a heavier emphasis on the trains themselves. It would have been nice of there were different ypes of upgrades, for example. As is, this is really just a resource management game. The use of trains could be replaced with any vehicle. There also seems to be a story, but it is very thin and uneccessary. Overall, this is a cute game and it is good fun as an idle game with occassional biuts of activity.
I'm hooked on this game!!!! However, I am disappointed that when buying locomotives, you don't have a choice, the computer picks it. To upgrade the locomotive gets expensive and is very slow process. Competition events can get VERY expensive as buying gems is crucial to win, and they are not cheap. Any time there is an issue with the game, purchases, or rewards, the TS2 support is right there in real time by communicating with you in resolving the issue by e-mail. EXCELLENT customer service!!!
I love the game. I would give it a 5 stars but I wish to see more features to make the game more exiting. I believe adding conflicts to the game such as fires, avalanches. Floods or damaged rails could make playing more rewarding. I'd like to see new cars. I am currently in USA and the train cars don't look like the ones which haul oil. Last thing I would touch up on is the train upgrading system. It's taking forever to add up my parts so I essentially had no choice but to spend money.
My only complaint is that you cannot choose the locomotive that you get. I am missing one or two and cannot get the other ones. The duplicate system is cool, just wish there were gears given for some things. All on all a cool game. Progress can be slow, but you don't have to pay to have a good time...and watching the ads does add availability of pay features.
This is a really cool game I enjoy it a lot. In the 3 or 4 months that I've played this game, I've never had any issues with playing this game, but I've noticed some things. There is very little pauses in the music that plays and sometimes when I click on another world after going to another one, the world gets slightly dark almost like it turned to night time. I really love how there is no pop up ads. Also I'm not really a fan of the back to back events that happen. Overall a great game :)
I've enjoyed playing and I've spent a ton of money on it. For that reason I dislike getting double dipped on ads before moving on in the game. I realize it's a big investment creating and maintaining a game like this but I don't like being squeezed for every last penny. And now with this veering so far off the games original concept, trains, you might be losing me. I don't of any trains that go into space.
Brilliant simulation game, one of the few that I've consistently had installed and keep playing. Events are run regularily to keep things fresh. In-app purchases are completely unnessesary if you are a free player, which makes for a nice and relaxed gameplay. It works wonderfully in Samsung Dex with a mouse and keyboard aswell. Definitely a reccommended title from me.
A very good concept great implementation . But greed got the better of the developers. You cannot play the game beyond 3rd region unless you want to pay. So enjoy the first two levels while you can . Thereafter it only for people with deep pockets meaning you have to buy things with cash if you want to progress or you might as well quit. As I said very short-sighted chasing away customers. There is a very easy fix if they . Just increase the amount of spare parts provided free at each level ...
Awesome game. Few complaints: Dispatcher once given is taken away later - shouldn't happen. Time delays up 2/over an hour is 2 long 10-15 minutes would b much better. Green gems should b more generously given, it's difficult 2 get enough 2 buy or do things that require far 2 many of them. Finally, locomotive selection should allow the user 2 choose the 1 they want. I thought when selector contained the loco wanted, hit 100 button to get it, but game selects it randomly. Didn't like that! :(
A good game to play, mostly. To say that I'm frustrated at the 'random' pick when trying to get a locomotive is an understatement. I experimented by using the cheapest option to the 'best' option of gems and still ended up getting the lowest locomotive and doubling up. The game, at this point, loses its appeal. I'm four worlds in now and just about to uninstall the game.
This game couldn't stay connected to the internet to save it developers if it was the last game on earth! I have 5G internet, and without fail, I constantly have to reconnect the game to the internet. Most of the time, I have to close out the game, and even then, I'm luck if it finds their servers! Graphics are awesome. Just crappie connections on their part. Yes, I have unlimited data for those who wonder if that's the problem; it's not. It's on their end!
Update: I am still playing so that's good. But in the past few days clicking on the ads has occasionally not resulted in the rewards being granted. Not every time, but happens frequently enough where it's not a fluke. Pretty bad bug I'd say. Original review: Fun game, but it's hard to play without paying for stuff in game. Can't blame them for wanting to make money, but I hate the in-app purchase model.
Wonderful experience with the application so far. Mechanics do not for the most part, signal to pay to win tactics to a degree that would cause discomfort. I do wish the train ai and environment was more polished and detailed. But these subjective issues can be addressed through a new update. Good game so far, will be updating my review in the near future.
If you like collecting trains and building games then you may enjoy this game. It isn't pay to win unless you feel you must have every shiny new train in the game. I have been able to progress in the game and sometimes I'm even able to be competitive in the events without spending, if I have the time to check in every hour or so. You will need to watch ads to get the most out of the game, spending or not.
Train WRECK Station. Game crashes frequently. Doesn't matter what I'm doing or not doing, game crashes frequently. Doesn't matter if this is the only thing I'm running on my phone or switching between this and other apps, game crashes frequently. Game crashes in all phases of game play. It's a train wreck.
It's an enjoyable game. Though it is a bit slow sometimes. Nevertheless, trying to get the logistics to be efficient can be a challenge now and then. It would be nice if a dispatch doesn't only last either a minute or an hour. Mixing it up with dispatches that last 15 or 30 minutes would make the game more entertaining.
The creativity and graphics are very good. The game is fun to play in the early stages but gets increasingly difficult to the point of frustration. The cost of upgrading your trains and warehouse are way too expensive when you get to level 6 and higher. It seems as if you are going nowhere fast!
Enjoying the game, but disappointed trying to collect more trains. I had extra cash, so spent $21.99 on a sale bundle of three supreme and two royal containers. Wound up getting the duplicates from the five containers, of which I already had one of prior to opening. The other two were also duplicates of items I already had. You can bet I won't be doing that again.
Probably the best game out on the market today, because you can play a relaxing game and yet jump into competitive play IF YOU CHOOSE. I capitalize that because a lot of games in my experience don't give you the option to opt out of their events, and that's really annoying if you just want to enjoy your game. This game does require a degree of planning and strategy, which other games dont even have a chance to consider. the art is great, the events are varied. At this moment its my favorite game on the Android today.
This game is super fun and I would probabaly spend money on it if every mission didn't take an hour past the first few. Missions being that long and having to purchase more than the 4 to 5 dispatchers you get with ad watching, it would cost me so much actual money to speed up and that I can see a very big money pit coming. Please take my suggestion that you guys need to shorten mission times to keep people interested enough to spend actual money.
Too expensive. Between the crazy number of ads for everytime you try to do something, to the cost of "upgrades" or "gems" (gems are the primary limiter to game play progress), this game cost too much money and time to play. Capacities of the trains are not in proportion to the real life trains, which is annoying.
I was having fun playing this, but it's literally impossible to get legendary trains without paying money, so I uninstalled after 2 weeks of trying and failing on a 5% chance of being able to actually progress in the game. I was ranking #1 or 2 in all events as well, so I was good at it.
It starts as a very fun game, then meanders into a boring task of trying to get any real achievements. The rewards don't keep up with the expenses. If you win a contest the reward isn't enough to upgrade a train or get a new one, so it's worthless. And the gears never progress. You win the same number of gears on level 175 as you do on level 5, even though the cost to upgrade skyrockets. So you end up with a lot of useless trains that can never be upgraded.
