All the app warns me off is that I need to pay to subscribe to the alerts. Doesn't give updates and very hArd to use, not user friendly

I chose first repeating commute, and then when selecting the second the entire app just froze and then was extremely laggy. Had to force close and try again. Finally got everything setup, and then I go to alerts (while in the midst of a chaotic, overcrowded Union Station because of delays) and there weren't any alerts!! D:
Hasn't worked for the past 2 weeks without explanation, even purchased the subscription. No refunds given. Not recommended!!!
