Could be way better 😕 Creating workouts myself is cumbersome and difficult. I cannot group exercises in categories the my trainer does. Also, you should revise the program to be able to drag and drop and easily all an exercise or circuit to your creation (workout list). Also, program lags or doesn't respond on check mark--I have to press 6 times on each exercise.
Could be better. Well laid out and fairly simple to use. App doesn't display properly and can be slow to log at times.
When it works it's great, BUT since the last update I can't swap to different weeks on the calendar! Means I can't see Mondays workout on Sunday which is pretty rubbish!
Pros Good for those with gym/weightlifting experience Exercise sets are purposeful and offer variety Cons Not good for novices Lifts are based on % of max weight but there's no intro on establishing max weight. Example videos are externally linked to you tube which forces users to jump around and wait through ads. For $30/month, I would like to see a more internally integrated platform. App is a bit clunky and non-intuitive.
Great app overall...needs video help though. Video upload is extremely clunky and all aspects from upload to playback control. That whole portion of the app needs reworked and fortified. Otherwise, I really like the layout of the app, the analyticals, and everything else about it so far.
You can't even open the app. I've tried force closing it, Uninstalling and reinstalling it, and nothing works.
It's ok. Only using it for access to one program. Needs an automatic start option for the rest timer. Lot of options (notifications, etc) are no non-responsive so I can't turn them off/on.
I like the app as a tracker. But it'd be nice if all of the coaching features were available. Specifically, creating programs. It's not always convenient to be on the computer for that. Thanks!
This app is mostly made to assist coaches by assigning workouts to their students. Only using this app because I am forced.
The app itself is pretty great - been using it for the past year. Three things turn this into a four-star app: On my phone, the last word of every single text field is gone. I can usually figure out what's supposed to be there from context, but it's frustrating nonetheless. On my tablet, the layouts become too big for the screen, and I have to scroll around during my workouts to record exercises. Lastly, the latest update gives me a blank screen when I try to open the app.
Cant beat pen & paper it seems. This app has the potential to be great. I like the layout, ease of adding exercises and weight BUT its clunky, features dont always work like adding comments to the overall workout, skippibg forward and back sometimes takes 4 or 5 taps. I tried adding workouts for the past month (which was very time consuming) and it just clears it after it has been added. Very frustrating. After 4 weeks of giving this app a go, sadly i will have to switch to another app.
The programme I'm following on the app is very good and the coach interacts with us all the time. The app itself is very buggy: videos don't appear correctly, some weight calculations are wrong, the workout timer sometimes disappears, etc. It would also be good to have the option to start the calendar on a Monday for those of us not in the US.
Absolutely phenomenal training app! Very broad exercise library! However, I'm not overly thrilled with the lack of basic exercises and that there's a lot duplicates of the same exercise that have slightly different names. Still highly recommend this app and love it! Has made my life as a trainer so much easier! Thank you!
Only 3 things that I'd fix. 1. Option to put reps scheme for complexes aka 3+2.. though easy to write in notes also. 2. If session is logged and deleted, metrics are still counted. Nerd in me doesnt like it but overtime doesnt matter. 3. Clients cannot upload their own videos directly when doing the exercise. Its either them sending to you aka whatsapp for example or yt link. If these 3 is corrected, the app is perfect. Very phone friendly also.
An amazing training app. My coach put me on this and it's wonders.
Hard to navigate, can never find the program i purchased
I like the app, but you guys should try to find a way to fix some of the users numbers. I would love to meet the man that can single arm dumbell tricep extension 120lbs per hand for a set of 12.
Overall this app is great for what it does, and a lot of things are improvements over other similar apps. Many of the clock features could use adjustments: Tabata and Custom Interval are basically the same thing. There are two stopwatches but no simple countdown timer (except Rest timer, but this doesn't have the count-in feature). There is no metronome for doing tempo exercises. If these features were adjusted/added this would be a 6/5 rating.
