Love it I've lost 7 stone in 2weeks
I really love this app first time trying it, it goes slow enough to where you can keep up with the workout, gives you feed back, gives you the opportunity to rate each workout and sounds off a bell to let you know when your finished, what I love the most is you get a test at the very beginning to make sure you are healthy enough for each exercise, and the music I can deal with lol!! I'm recommending this app to my fashion models to stay fit!
1st time I used it went straight to classic 7 minute workout. Didn't think I would manage it but I did. Great workout variety is great.
It can be difficult at first when you're a hundred and eighty seven pounds and a 5 foot 1 woman
Definitely gets the job done if you can't make it to the gym but still want to break a sweat
Love this app its perfect for the type of person i am. It gets me sweating but doesnt destroy me. Perfect to end with some yoga <3
I actually really like this app. It would definitely be worth 5 stars if you could use your own music with it. Otherwise it's more than I expected it to be.
I love this, this made me sweat , my body tremble, and if that happens then I know that this is great😅
After testing my ability, the app did a great job of pushing me to the next level on my workouts.
The only down side I can find is that once I choose to play my own music in the background I can lower the volume in the app. The voice is very loud when I have my music playing at the volume i like. A volume option in the app would be awesome.

I LOVE this app. I just downloaded. And it let's you do how reps you can. It keeps you pushing you to the limit. It gets me motivated. Like no other personal training app. I could not stop doing exercises. :)
Really good app. I've been searching for an in home workout app and this is by far the best app I've worked with. Only downside is the music.
Looking for a personal trainer with out the high cost . This is the app.
I downloaded it yesterday and it already has made a change on my body
What idiot designed this? After the test, it started me out doing 2 bridges in a row for 30 seconds beyond my max time during the test. Really? After 0 workouts and just pushing myself I'm supposed to be able to surpass my max?
This app helps me and i am greatful i stumbled upon it there is so other app like this
First app really pushed me ! I loved it ! Just had to keep in my head to keep going ! . Love it
It not weight I need to lose. I need to strengthen and tone and this works great for me a great place to start.

Not for beginners. No option to skip or modify impossible exercises. Stupidly having to stop constantly to press button. do one click do one click do one click... why not just say do three. Oh and if i've clicked too hard on pushups why does it then give a one arm side push up... that's harder, doofus!
