Worked fine for a long while, then suddenly decided I can't confirm purchese. Whenever I press pay, it doesn't do anything. And when suddenly it does, I can't download that damned ticket due to download error mysteriously. Yet accessing files is allowed in settings. Also, when I press delete on my old card, it deletes it for that purchase time, whenever is next time I want to buy a ticket, my old card is still there. It's so damn annoying.
Overall good and easy to use app. Had same problems, but after reporting that, they got solved although it took a bit too long. For now everything works fine, except that on main menu, on tickets window there is highlight that I have 4 tickets. Even if those tickets disappeared long time ago. Highlight doesn't disappear.
You should do some improvements for usability. Reduce number of clicks to get things done. Confirmation checkbox makes no sense - if you are in app, you have agreed once. E-mail shall be remembered. There's no (or I can't find it) screen for settings. Useful app, anyway ;-)
If you need to really buy a ticket, for now, is better to use different app. I has trying to buy a ticket several times. The app on payment moment is kicking me back to beginning with no explanation on what is happening. I have contacted support and they told me "It works on my machine" go and talk to your bank. In other words, it is my problem now.
Horrible UI/UX. One of the worst I've seen. Hard to use, no offline mode. Better use Mobilly app to quickly find and buy tickets. No updates to the app. Overall, it's a direct disrespect for customers.
Very often need to pay twice. Money is taken from card but write not successful payment. Sometimes not download tickets to application ( need to take it from e-mail). Finally take normal programmers, not a latvian student. And if you offer another languages in application check the orphography please. It's terrible. Not recommende this programm for any. Much stabile to purchase tickets from official web page of LDZ.
I like the app, but there is Download error when You want to open the ticket. Can't open the ticket on app after the payment. Only in Your mail box if it's entered on the input field.
Worked fine just a few days ago, now since the newest update the app asks to do a further payment confirmation when you are paying for the ticket which makes it impossible to purchase tickets because of how badly made the app is.
When purchasing ticet with bank card, once i switch to bank application to generate 3D secure code for card transaciton, this app had already forgotten in what step i were. So You need two phones to use it, one for this app anorher for bank app. Another nuisance, always to type in emai to receive ticket. Can be that remeberd?
Impossible to buy a ticket. After authenticating with ibank, drops back to select ticket screen and adds another ticket, then asks to authenticate again, then the circle repeats.
Download option of tickets doesn't work, use has to download ticket from email. Actual delay of trains not shown. Also connections of short and long distance trains can not be found
It is unclear, do you have to got on another train which comes through Riga or stay in the same train which comes further, there are signs description at the bottom of the page which must help to understand it, but these signs didn't present near train timings when you buy ticket.
Business idea: someone remake this app so it doesn't feel like chewing on glass shards and price tickets a bit higher to make profit
I can't buy a ticket. When i wrote my email, smg gone wrong. Deleting of app's data didn't help(
gives "Payment unsuccessful" error, even though i literally bought a different ticket 20 minutes ago.
Needs an option to download the ticket from the app itself due to the possibility that an invalid email can be entered at the order process.
I downloaded ticket but it didn't appear in mobile app. Looks like it's a buy in your app.

I bought a 5 day ticket online it said i needed this app and it did not work at all even after doing what support said to do tl:dr DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!
Using Samsung s10 there is no possible to download the ticket!!!

Having glitches very often, lately I couldn't buy a ticket for ar least half of the time. Please fix!
Pure scam! It withdraws money from your bank account and never send you a ticket... don't use it or you will loose your money. They have this type of scammy thing for years and haven't fixed it at all. UPD. Now it doesn't work at all. Also now there is loop with open bank session. So... Expect your banking data to be stolen.
A good app. Useful to buy tickets when in a hurry.
Tickets are limited to exact time you are taking a train. If you want to take an earlier or later train your tickets won't be valid. It is better to buy physical tickets because formally you will be forced to pay again. Such system is against customer rights. E-tickets have one set of conditions, paper tickets - another. I will notify the authorities.
It's gets the job done, but it can be irritating to use. If your screen rotates halfway through a ticket purchase, it throws you back to step one, but keeps your previous ticket in memory, so when you proceed it's trying to charge for two tickets. And it won't remember the damn email address, which seems like a such a simple thing that would make it so much nicer.
They can charge you for two tickets although you bought only one, and support just tells you it was your mistake (brilliant!) and you have no chance to get your money back.They will simply quote the rules that they may not return you the money.
It does what it should do but that's it. No notifications about upcoming seasonal/emergency train schedule changes, just one day you arrive to the station, load up the app and find out it's all different now. Emergency info is somewhat vague too. Everytime I buy a ticket this asks if I want to save my email. It never does, so I get to type it each time. Sometimes card linked to email somehow dissapears. Besides that everything is cool, I use it every day.
