What an utterly useless application this is. So you select the route, say 57, you select the direction of travel, towards City and you get 3, that's right, a whole 3 options. Option 1 is in the correct direction as is option 2. Option 3, for some idiotic reason, is in the opposite direction. It's honestly astounding that they could get something so fundamentally wrong!
When it works it's ok. However sometimes it said a tram is coming but suddenly it disappeared from your screen. Other times especially early in the morning, the tram you normally takes not showing on the screen, you wondered if there's something wrong with the tram and it got cancelled or what; then 10 minutes later it reappeared on the schedule. Currently it hasn't been working for 3 days.
Horrible, never accurate, always says that the nearest tram from my stop will be something like an hour, the actual schedule at the tram stop is never accurate either. This is why I hate Melbourne trams
That's OK, but the vidget is a bit useless. Can you please add a possibility to set a particular stop to be displayed in the vidget. There're two stops (to and from city). I need to see the to city, but the from city happened to be a few meters close. I would really appreciate having two instances of the vidget, showing the info for the two stops separately.
App is slow and buggy, not very user friendly, can't search up how to get to certain areas via tram. It assumes I know where to catch my tram from, the search function is basically useless. The PTV app does everything this app does but better.
Worked great for a few weeks, now it won't open the app, when you click the app, it opens the logo and then closes the app. Plus fix this, the user experience is not very friendly but the information is accurate at least. Please fix this!
The only thing I want this app for is the disruption notifications and they don't work. Tapping on "receive notifications" results in a spinning circle that goes forever and you have to force quit the app.
Good when it works but I'm finding that it's increasingly getting more unreliable. Trams appear earlier/later than the app predicts. And sometimes no tram shows up at all but in the app it says that it's just gone past.
Really useful app to plan tram journeys around the city. Arrival times are surprisingly reliable when trams are stuck in traffic. The app crashes on android 10 beta. Hope that gets fixed soon.
Tram timings are inaccurate. A tram in 3 minutes can mean anything from being correct, to the fact that the tram is already past your stop. I wouldn't rely on it except for updates and as a digital timetable
Wildly inaccurate tram timetables. Consistently says 88mins til next tram despite many earlier trams. Very unreliable
Current version keeps crashing every time you try to see the details of a particular tram number. I.e. using myTRAM crashes the app Edit: Update is good, thanks for fixing it.
unreliable. app crashes or won't load trams. will just sit on incoming tram times and not move. Its the best we have. but it is not good at all.
Adding favourites is very unintuitive. Still can't figure it out after multiple attempts and even reading the instructions. Uninstalling.
This app is about as useful as a woven condom. Doesn't do what it's meant to and buggy as all hell. Would rather drag my balls through broken glass than have to use it again
never accurate. it says 4 minutes and stay at it for over 15 min. not fair when raining and cold. use to be more accurate. better the technology gets less efficient this public transport gets.
sometimes the app gets it wrong and a tab codes earlier than you expected it to be, other times they fine a lot later. It is a good so but it does have its faults.
Its fine when it works but like 80% of the time it just gets stuck on the loading screen. A+ waste of my time tryna figure out when the next flippin tram is guise
I'm yet to find a flaw. A perfect app. And I'm super critical. Times of tram arrival are super accurate. App is super intuitive and properly designed. Flawless
Hasn't changed in 6 years. Takes forever to load. Crashes if I don't give it access to my images and contacts!!
never up to date, does not reflect when the trams are early or late. needs many improvements, just as metro does.
Great app. I use it often in my tram travels around Melbourne. Times are reasonably accurate and I rarely have a problem using it.
Easy and fast to use. I don't understand all the people saying this app has problems. I've used different versions for years and don't recall a single instance of incorrect or misleading information.
