Ok for accessing literature useless for ordering or checking availability of parts if they're not in your particular store. Also won't tell you if obsolete parts have been superseded by another part.
This app no longer works. It tells me that an update is required. No update is available in the app store. Save your time and just call the store.
I am a licensed contractor and approved to buy parts and equipment. Very difficult to contact personnel I can not access trane 360 too.
Timeout connection issue has occurred when trying to view cart in parts.
Too clunky and not user friendly.
Seems like database was deleted, cannot find any information on trane products.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ,OMG WORST COMPANY EVER. INGERSOL RAND SENT TRANE DOWN THE TOILET. THIS STINKING APP DOESNT WORK MOST OF THE TIME. I HAVE TO DRIVE TO OFFICE TO BRING UP COMFORT SITE . GUESS WHAT WONT EXCEPT MY PASSWORD. NOW WASTING TIME WITH PASSWORD RESET. NOT WORKING EITHER. BEEN SENT 3 TEXT TO RESET COMFORTSITE STILL CANT LOG IN. ILL BE CALLING GOODMAN NEXT WEEK FOR A HASSLE FREE EXPERIENCE
Ordered part, went to counter, no part, told them I orderd it on 360 and I have confirmation, they looked at me like a zombie and said the confirmation didn't matter, had to order on comfort site. I am Tier 4 comfort specialist, not like I don't sell Trane everyday.
The menu selections are printed on top of each other and when I try to select one the app closes
This app helps me get parts availability , prices and a quick response back to the customer which makes my job a whole lot easier

Can't login with the application. I can log in with comfortsite but not this app. I type out my username and password but when I hit sign in nothing happens it's like button doesn't work but even when I use enter key nothing happens. I've used it once before and it really works but apparently it doesn't work on my phone.
