I hate the fact that this app always asks for OTP. This simply means I can't transact when out of Zim or when I lose my line. Improve on that plz
am uninstalling this thing, cant allow me to register, what a waste of time and data

This app is useless i cant login, i have tried reinstalling it but its worthless, i am trying to register pin on a new phone its loading till eternity. This is so irritating, i have used stanchart transactor it was smooth and easy to use. fed up with this app, please also adjust the selection of our date of birth, who has a whole year to scroll from 1970 month by month till they rich their date of birth its so monotonous, i have waisted data trying to register my pin , failing to load

app is crashing all the time after attempting to sign up, i get the code via sms but the apk stops and closes. Lenovo tab 3 7 essential, lollipop. fix this please we need this app desperately
This app is rediculous. Who is the administrator. It keeps saying contact the administrator. Sent an email last week @ customer care no reply. Want to enquire @ the bank they told me to upgrade the app but nothing worked. All I need is to do transactions pliz help am frustrated!
Please once I am inside my account dont continue sending me those otps its so annoying....let me have full control once I have entered my password on the main menu
This app is not working at all ,please try something better than this an easy way to do RTGS
It has been a month now trying to register and the system reject the information saying its not registered . Have tried talking to the guy from my branch and they advice I keep trying . Losing faith in all this ...
Disappointing app, each time i make a transfer i get an error message and I'm forced to repeat the process and end up double transferring funds. I'm not sure how long Zipit transfers are supposed to take but its been a week since i made one and the recipient hasn't received the funds yet .PLEASE fix this ,its FRUSTRATING.
