Constantly logs out when trying to add a new account. New accounts won't stick and don't show up after verifying them. Drop-down menu for verifying accounts doesn't work, so can't change the method for verification. Nice thought, but shouldn't have been released yet.

This app is basically information harvesting garbage. It doesn't maintain state. It doesn't support FIDO authentication. It doesn't even show what funds are owned. After being forced to answer a bunch of questions or at least click through them, you can see your current balance and basic trend graphs. There is no other information in this app. Why even bother? A web app would be more functional -though it might not try to harvest other data.

This app is horrendous. I use it for my 401(k) and it's ultimately useless for ANYTHING other than seeing my current total balance. Can't even see a breakdown of my investments or transaction history. If my return is negative I'm not sure I could see that either, I think it just shows a 0% because who wants to see what's actually happening with their money ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Won't let me log in anymore. Used to check once a week. Now the app says "unable to verify account please call". called. Was instructed "reinstall app" nothing. Website works great. App became a waste that only gives frustration. If given the choice would change service providers over inability to handle simple service.

its an app thats like mint. i wish they would add all the accounts to get the total for a nice view of everything. there are a lot of charts and stuff, i wish there is a good way of interpreting what the charts mean. i also wish theres is an incentive to do well with google fit or budget for some type of reward

Doesn't accept my correct login information. I can sign in to the "old" app just fine, but the "new and improved" app tells me that my information cannot be validated and I need to call them to fix it. Not going to happen. Fix the app, Transamerica.

Website and app suck. You create an account and can't even access it even though it was just set up. Makes you change passwords over and over. I have wasted over 1 hour trying to make a payment. This process should take 30seconds

Fancy. Non-functional. Not sure why they revamped this app into something that looks like so much more than it can handle. I would settle for simple and functional. The videos are unnecessary, out of 3 accounts, I can only access one successfully. This app should be an embarrassment to a company of this size. If my small town credit union can get it right, why can't Transamerica?

No actual useful features for retirement or wealth management, tries to shove some weird health and goal management stuff down your throat. Even less useful than the TRS Retire app (a shocking accomplishment, really). A complete waste of time.

Doesn't let you delve into your financial transactions or history. Essentially just shows the current value of your account. Pretty useless. No one cares about all the other things you've added to the app like health monitoring.

I concur with everyone...terrible app and terrible website. I can't even long in. I keep getting message stating app is not yet set up for my retirement account and to call tech support. Tech support is useless...completely clueless.They have no idea what to do. Went through uninstall and reinstall to no avail. Website sucks, too. Can't even see my total contributions since inception in order to assess my earnings compared to my total contributions. My Vanguard site includes all relevant data.

Useless. it wont allow Lastpasd to enter info, you cant paste the password - so use something simple and short. And if you happen to get all that right it emails you a validation code. When you look at email it pushes you back to signon screen. i know... i can check my email on my PC anf enter the code... oh wait, if I have to have a PC the app is not needed... UNINSTALLING

I want an app to look at the financial details of my retirement account including the contribution amounts, dates, and fund distribution. The only thing this app lets you do is set your contibution % and see total current balance. Its completely useless in managing my 401k. Its also bloated with a bunch of health and fitness stuff. I get that there is a link between health and wealth, but nobody wants to use the app for health monitoring. Plus it seems like a thinly veiled personal data grab.

The old TSR app I used to be able to look at it and see the total of all my accounts at a glance. This new one I have to sit and look at each account separately and add up the dollar amount see if they went up for down. Unfortunately the old app will no longer open up.

This app has new features to track your health and give you wellness tips, but that's not what I need this app for. I need this app to check my 401k contribution, edit my contribution, check my last deposits, etc. With this new app, I can only check my current balance and future outlook with very few additional choices. No way to view life to date % or my recent contributions. Waited too long for this to connect finally with Mint. I'm uninstalling and going to the website from now on.

Hands down the lowest quality app I have used in the past 5 years. Try it and you will see. I wish I had looked into their app before moving my money to their institution. The app is that bad I would have gone with Fidelity or Vanguard as their apps are quite nice.

What happened to the old app?? I have apps for fitness and health so I'm not sure why you guys are focusing on that and not on the financial accounts. I can't even find the details of my accounts on this updated version. Simply terrible decision to downgrade to this version, Transamerica. If you weren't tied to my employer, I would've move my accounts elsewhere as I judge based on user experience and managing my financial accounts through my apps. This is the first review I've ever written..

Doesn't allow logins using existing credentials.. Doesn't allow password manager to paste password, yes let me use simple passwords that I can remember and type in each time that's very secure!

App is rather worthless. If you just want to know what's in your retirement account or adjust your contributions then great. If you want to see individual fund performance/modify where contributions are being invested or do anything more you will be stuck going to the webpage via a web browser. Almost a pointless app in today's world considering I can trade stock from my phone apps and manage all other financial portfolios directly from the apps. Get with the program Transamerica.

the fact that a bank app wont let me use a password safe ia very sad. i attempted yo copy and paste my password but it wont paste. I use unique passwords for ever site. which is best security pratice. This app expects me to use a simple password. At the very least let me use my finger print like me other banking apps.

After entering my user name and password it takes me to "forgot user name" link. After entering info there it kicks me out saying my info isn't correct. As long as they keep the old app up I'll stick with it i guess. Edit.. that worked!

App does not let you login after entering correct credentials. It sends an email with a verification code, but the app never proceeds to the page where you have to enter the verification code

Never have i reviewed an app. Its just aweful. Just installed it to see how bad it was and somehow my expectations were too high. They care more about making a fitness app than a financial app. Just uninstalled it. Also it defualts to not masking your password. Serious red flag.

Absolute garbage. Is this supposed to replace My TRSRetire? If so, equally useless. I only have a retirement account here and apparently that's the only thing i can't see. On either app. Both of these apps should be an utter embarrassment to what's supposed to be one of the big boys. Stay well away.

I've tried to use this app over the last 8 months.. it always says error and won't load my retirement account.. It has said that for the last 8 months and that it is a planned outage...

Completely worthless. More interested in my health than my finances. Finally get through setting up the app and it shows nothing about my retirement. Don't waste your time.

Useless app compared to the other transamerica version (which apparently they decided to stop supporting on newer phones). You can't get anything done on this one.

your app garbage. overcomplicated. overly sensitive. overly invasive. asking private health questions? can't paste for stupid repeated security code. mandatory relogging in if i accidentally switch to another app. dumb dumb dumb cooperate stupidity app designed by committee rather than for user. unclear menu options. i just want an so to see my account make some changes.

The app gives me an error saying it won't run on rooted devices for security reasons. However, my phone is not rooted - the app just doesn't work right.

This app won't work on rooted phones for "security reasons". What kind of attack vector are you protecting against? They seem to have a lot of security theatre "features".
