Great charts. For a while I lost my charts which was terrible. Couldn't retrieve them or restore them. After a long time, I managed to solve the issue. You need to uninstall and reinstall the software, using the same login credentials as you bought the charts with. Then the charts will show up again and you can install them. In my case I was logged into the store with the correct account, but that's not enough, you also need to reinstall isailor using the same credentials.

I loved this app, the charts were great and easy to use, however when I had to reformat my tablet I lost all my charts (which I paid over £300 for). The restore purchased charts function didn't work and therefore I can't use my purchased charts. I emailed the developer twice (using the link provided in the app) and 3 weeks later I still haven't heard anything. Very disappointing, as this was a fantastic app which I had referred to my friends.

Good app with very intuitive features / ease of use. Good import and export options. However its a nightmare getting some parts of the purchased charts to show up. Thats the infuriating part, makes it almost useless. Navionics now has gpx import / export options !! will most likely be changing over to Navionics (much more frequent in chart updates than iSailor).

great app - I have a background as a professional sailor - and this tool is uncluttered - relatively simple to use - with good interoperability (works with other data and feeds) .In addition we use the Garmin Glo 150 remote GPS - to ensure redundancy. Much prefer this over the Navionics . I am not really sure the new world order of annual subscription is going to be a good thing.

Generally a great asset to have aboard. Good charts and extras at a fair price. It does however keep swithing off after a short time on this tablet and i have to delete and reinstall the app and purchase. I now have no charts and the restore doesn't work.

One of the best navigation apps, good charts. The only issue is it does NOT WORK with Android 9 that has been out for almost a year now, when can we expect an update?

This is really bad. Very very SLOW in different kinds of Android devices, also new ones. Also the app crashes on all my devices when I turn WIFI AIS feature on. I have reported these issues like years ago, but there has been no improvement.

The app could be great only if it got faster updates!Android 11 is already out for quite some time and there is still no compatibility to it!also there are some stability issues regarding connection to AIS-es and unfortunately still no support for class A AIS Position Sensor!

Firstly, I have been disappointed by your decision to reverse your position on the updating of purchased charts as I have spent a very large sum of money to ensure that I have the best charts available in the vast areas that I currently navigate in. Further to this, I operate the software on the Android platform and have been disgusted in the lack of support from the software developers to keep up with the continuous improvement of the Android developers to Android 9. The iSailor software is now not even compatible with the devices that I am attempting to operate it on and doesn’t even show in the Google Play Store for download. On my existing devices after the Android update to 9, the iSailor app has become unstable and non-functional in many ways to the point that it is now a useless app to own. My questions to you are: What are you intending to do about making the software functional on up to date hardware eg. Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Note 9 and Tab S4 running the up to date OS? Also, how are you intending to compensate your customer base for the non-support of your software which has now rendered it useless after investing heavily in the product?

Great application. But lack of some function available on IOS such as DTG to custom Waypoint, Custom Speed to calculate ETA to required WP, Bearing and Distance on leg of the route. Strongly advice to Create Isailor account to migrate between Android and IOS. Otherwise we have to purchase charts again if we migrate between Android and IOS. That is waste of money.

I installed Transas iSailor from Play Store using it to my Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 Android and bought all features in, but it still doesn't work with NMEA and AIS mode. I don't know the TCP Address/Port and UDP Port in part of AIS & NMEA Connections and please help me to figure it out.

Very disappointing, I invested in charts and the AIS service. Nothing received with the AIS option, not a single vessel shows up. Marine Traffic is much better and I wish I had stuck with them. ☹

any support or comments on why the app wont allow instalation onto my acer notebook. Says i have the app already on my samsung phone, which i do, works pretty well, but i want another copy on the noteboook for passage planning/navigation and im ok to pay for duplicate chats.

It requires me to pay again for the map update I've paid 50eurs! Also I bought it on my iPhone and now have to pay again to use the same map on Android. You definitely loose competition with such attitude.

Why is this app is not available for any of my devices? I previously installed it on my POCO then uninstalled because it lacked feature I expected. Then now I want to try to use it again, but it says "This app is not available for any of your devices". Reason?

I tried to purchase the chart but always says "No connection to chart server", emailed the problem but no more reply except getting ticket for the first email. please fix it.

Why can't I even start using the app because it needs to have access to 1) my storage (photos) and 2) my phone (calls, contacts). These are not necessary for using an app for navigation. Can you please explain!

Very nice and easy to use app. 3 stars because i purchase internet ais and i cannot see a single vessel. I also have issues to purchase and update charts many times.

I'm not sure if they are just lazy or what their problem is, but this app only supports AIS transponders B class. The iOS supports AIS transponders A class. Beware before you spend the cash for this garbage.

It was going very well..after i updated my android phone, charts that ive purchased were not shown on the map anymore. Pls help.

Very bad experience.I felt cheated by these guys or rather a scamster app I donot know.....They donot refund if you go for a wrong purchase unlike other apps .I found these guys not responding to your querries.....I lost my money, beware of this app...Exercise caution before proceeding to buy......Big time CHEATERS......

I have been used the application for two years.I alrady paid cost. Unfortunately yesterday I bought new phone which is samsung Galaxy A32. Unfortunately your app not compatible for my new telephone.yesterday ı send a mail but nobody replay it.Please solve the problem.

even after spending money for chart and ais service it's not working. asked help from support by mail repeatedly but not received any fruitful reply from them. I want to uninstall this useless app and want my money back.

Suddenly after formatting and restoring the India, Sri Lanka charts are missing. How to get it back. I have paid for the folio.

The AIS function over the Internet is not working, it says SERVICE ERROR in the sensors tab where you turn it on (and yes I did already pay for it).
