When I called they said you guys haven't updated the app to work with 8 digit admin numbers in 2 years. What is the point of an app if it cannot be used? By the way this is my very first 1 star review and I have used Google play and Android since The HTC Dream (G1) came out for T-Mobile.
I cant even use this app now since my new card has an 8 digit admin. U should have fixed that a long time ago.
Very disappointed with the new updates ...it's asking things I won't share even with my wife if had one ..why fix it if it's not broken
Issue with new security questions function. Can't log in now. Security questions are not user-defined.
Keeps telling me to reset my password when I try to login. Password is fine. I can login on website but not the app. Am sick of this stuff!

Don't know what all the negative comments are all about but it works excellent !!! Security questions makes this app even safer, no different then checking a specific credit card online there's always lots of security questions.

This app is obsolete.
This was a great app until they started with the 8 digit numbers. It worked fine. I loved it. Since the new numbers came about it doesn't work. My question is, why would you change something and launch it before it is ready? When I call customer service they tell me..we're working on it. It's been six months already. Really!!! What the heck is taking so long?
