The app is okay, it stores meta data as complied with data privacy. It can improve with having the employee schedule and leave application linked into the App. It should be like a one stop app for all employee needs. The recent update made the app slower on the interface level.
Whenever I enter my details, my account will be logged out. It says log in cancel.
The app is not working, wont even open...it used work properly before now it automatically stops running on my phone. Tried to clear cache and clear data... uninstalled and reinstalled still not working.
Love it so much but it's not available on my new Huawei smartphone that no longer have Google play services. I was able to share the apk file and got it installed but was not able to get it to work. Looking forward for T:Buddy to be accessible for Huawei users. Thank you.
Kudos to the developers! Great innovation! We can also drive for more participation/utility to all employees if we can partner with local network providers so that- those folks who cannot afford for data plans can still access the app (the concept is like fb messenger wherein they can still use it without any data/load).
Could have been better, could not get rid of the annoying error prompt icon due to sync errors... Hope you can help me with that.
Great app. Most of the things we use/need are made accessible to our phones. Kudos to the app developer, planners who conceptualize the tools and it's uses and especially the people who coded all of this.
I tried many times, since the day when the app was launched up to this moment still unable to use the app. Everytime I login, it says "Login Cancelled" I'll gonna change the rate after it will fixed.

Why does it always need updating when it doesn't change anything? No diff? No real time updates for work details or agents info. Like what it's features says.
Apps keep crashing and it does not pull up at all. Very disappointed. Badly need for daily health check.
I once have an account that was link to my old email address in my old phone. Unfortunately my old phone got lost and that specific email that was been linked to my tbuddy app is not accessible due to its not recognizing my new phone. Is there anyway that i can create a new account?
I can't sign in. During tha enrollment process of my personal email, it shows that my personal email is already registered but then when I go back to the app and relaunch it the same thing I can't login.
best app... you can check especially the log in and out entries... i just wonder every timrle I I open the application its says its no longer updated. I go to google play to see but then its updated.I just wanna know why it says not updated even though its updated... kinda tricky right.hope you can fix that
After downloading the update, my t buddy became different, you can no longer see the surveys, shuttle schedules, checklist, biometrics PAB balance and MVR, it is just a plain page where all you can see is just the job opening since 2019
Hi, the app loading page was too poor. It just loading for an hour, it won't open at all. Basic ts steps can't help either.
This is so hassle.. Ive spent the whole still not able to log in.. Its not letting me type in my email address on the username. It only allows me to enter number. What is going on.

Every time I log in. It does not pull up!! I could not request my antigen schedule because of this error!! It could be better if i could log in as easy as 123
Unable to connect to the internet even though i have fast internet connection. But it connects when i use mobile data.
So far, I'm quite satisfied with the app. Sometimes it's not pulling up; hoping that such issue could be addressed in the future.
App keeps glitching while opening. Tried to reinstall but now I can't even download the app.
Won't open with my wifi from home. Only wants mobile data as an internet connection. Weird. Taking forever to load before I got in.

Initially it worked but now uninstall re unstall it's not working for months now. The log in and log out part that is.
it good,when it lasted. this my honest review of this app. my over-all use of this app is very useless on sched.it never sync the right schedule, i have to remember the sched of "my verent" on my station.but only use of this is app are the news update of company.sometimes it hang or lag, on loading or downloading, i have to close the app. inorder to run properly on some tab link info. scheduler on bus ride,sometimes it works fine and not. the QR code work fine. I hope they fix this on future
