Not sure what's up with it but I attempted to sign in on the app and it says my account doesn't exist however I can sign in on the actual website so...is the app malfunctioning or is this separate from the website transcribeme?
easy to upload audio and to manage my account. when i didnt understand something i reached out to support and they were extremely helpful! quickly got my audio transcribed and back to me!
Wanting to earn some money doing transcriptions, I stupidly installed this without reading what it's about... Lol! This app is for people hiring Transcribeme, not people working for them. My bad. I really really REALLY hope an app for workers is on the way!
Cant even open the Terms of service, it shows an error from their side, how can i trust someone with my info if the Privacy Policy is sending out a error??
I gave the perfect password and email but still it shows that it is not correct and when I type that password and email on other apps it directly gets sing up😠😠😠 useless app
It has refused to sign up telling me that email already exists yet I have never signed up before and I also tried my second email but still the scenario
This app is not at all of use.it shows how to convert the customer portal account to work hub account but doesn't do so.

The app won't let me sign in. I checked my credentials on the site to make sure it wasn't a mistake but it must be the app. I figured this would be an easy way to do some short clips and then I could use my computer for the long ones. I guess that won't work.
