The worst app I have ever used and worst customer service. They dont solve our problems, they will prolong the problems and create more problems. I cannot unlink my account or edit any details once entered. For everything I have to contact them and they dont respond to the requests. I talked to them for like 2hrs continuously but the problem doesn't resolved and I got more problems.
AVOID. I made a withdrawal from microworkers to my bank account thru transpay. Their status shows a completed transaction but my bank never received any funds. I contacted transpay, but suspiciously they fail to provide any useful assistance because i'm not the sender. DON'T STRESS YOURSELF USING TRANSPAY BECAUSE YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR MONEY AND THEY'LL LEAVE YOU HANGING.
Like the other reviews I'm not able to send money my transaction was canceled and now I'm locked out of my account because it says too many attempts which is not true I only tried one time and that's to see why my transaction was canceled. I found out that my transaction was canceled through an email that also says I would have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get my refund back.
This is my way of venting my frustration with you transfast. I was a long time happy customer and had gotten many to use your service but lately you have been very complacent of your service. Last two of my transactions were denied automatically by the system incorrectly as fraud transaction. I was patient during the first transaction but it's happening all over again so my question is what were you doing to fix my grievance?? You need to get serious guys!!
App is showing USD instead of CAD, some bugs needs to squished and needs some enhancements on Android. I feel their security is not strong, they keep holding my transfer in order to verify my transfer, u guys need to reduce this and strengthen your security protocols. This was one of reason I skipped Transfast for another vendor.
Very few features. You can't cancel a transaction using app/website. When i called the customer care no one answered. I had to call my bank and dispute transaction.
Sent money once overseas (50 bucks) attempted to send another 50 at a later date using the same method. Then they wanted ALL my banking information, ABA, account number,bank name etc. They insisted was not a scam. When I asked what FTC statute they were using to obtain such personal information they did NOT know. They transferred money the first time using my card. What do they need my banking information for ??
before i was recommending this app to my friends even because it was giving me good conversation rate and was taking less time to transfer money, however now i am very much upset with your Processing pattern. i can understand about the conversation rate as it depends on International market but what about transferring time. now you people are taking more than 10 days that also without any reason. seriously disappointed. i am deleting your app deactivating my account.tired of this now.
Horrible. I placed a transacation and it was automatically cancelled by its system without further reason. Called customer service and they provided no reason just that the system does that. Never use this again
It is the worst service in the world to transfer money. Their customer support considers you dumb and the platform itself doesn't work. I've had multiple issues with them.
Why its not available here in saudi arabia its only usa and canada i want to sign up but i cant and im here in saudi arabia, here in saudi arabia they have transfast remittance center but too much people in the line so i downloaded the transfast app and signing up but i cannot put my details cause saudi arabia is not included in the apps. And its only dollars converted to philippine peso, maybe its good if you add ssaudi arabia and other countries to sign up in this apps because its a big help
always shows wrong status. only initial and final status are updated properly. causes lot of confusion.
Not a good app to send money first time signing in I had a hard time getting into the app to send money once I got into it hey turn around and cancel it so no it's not a good way to send money do this app I was very disappointed
I just began using the TF app, I like the features but it doesnt seem to have a simple way to add its icon to my home screen. Or did I miss it?
Even though my app is up to date, while opening the app alerts me to update the version and not letting me to enter into the app, seems deadlock
Restrictive phone exchanges list maybe not such a good idea. I'm blocked from sending money to my recipient whose phone exchange is not listed for that country
Very Bad App and service my mother send money to me from true their app the money is not in my account yet . I feel a pain because i have going true some difficult situation and i was waiting for the money since now is not in my account . and when i and my mother contact them the told us a all lot of issue . Before use the app be sure of what you are going to do you can regret later
It was a poor experience using ur app. I requested money transfer on 30th December and it was transferred on 7th January.
customer service are excellet....Very helpful. They answered all my questions. I'm very happy with their service.
Did not work at all and they closed my account after they collected all my data. Would give a minus if I could. Customer service is rude and worthless.
very difficult people to deal with , approve and then cancel without notification causing inconveniences and difficulties...

Horrible never was able to send to money every time my transactions failed no any good explanation from them.

Scam!!!!Worst experience ever!!!! Have used app and had worked fine, but this time they cancelled the transaction, which was the same as the others, stating card issues. Contacted customer service. After many emails, bank statements, no refund. Said it was declined by bank. Contacted my bank, they didnt find anything and wont do a transaction dispute. Called them again, got the run around. Said i need to go thru bank. Basically they are stealing my $200, leaving me no way to claim my money.
