Rates are almost ten percent of rates in the country you are sending funds to. Not good at all for this reason only.
worst app ever.. ive sent money many times before, but now every transaction i need to send them extra documents,SS with my bank account or transaction, even after i told the guy on the phone i cant do that,the app wont let me take ss on my banking account and even on downloaded transaction,the payment to TransferGo wasnt there because was PENDING, he said i must use another phone wich i dont have or to go to bank to ask them to give me a paper with transactions.so if you ask me, not even 1 star
I wanted to transfer money but my bank decline it and transfergo collected 0,92 cent from my account why. This should have been my first time sending money through this app. Please my money should be refunded back to me because I didn't transfer any money. Thanks Stephany
Don't use this app they're 100% scammers, they will take your money and keep asking for your documents which I send to them and they keep asking for more and you can delete your details, it my first time and am just regretting what makes me to download this app. Forget about the star without it you can't post your comment.
Big Fraud! Poorest customer support! Payment was accepted and it was said that TransferGo is processing payment. But after 2 hours I got email that "Sorry we are not able to process it due to technical problem. Your money will be returned in 3 DAYS!" 3 days? Is it a joke? It was urgent payment and I have no other funds to send now. EDIT: Was contacted by support. The reason for not being able send money is they "cannot send money to your selected receiver's bank". Well, it would not be so hard to check the recipients bank and decide whether you are able to send or not before ACCEPTING PAYMENT from sender. It causes lots of problems: I have to urgently send money, I have limited amount and you are just stealing my money for 3 days - as a result I could not send money via your app and could not send money at all. So, do not recommend it at all. There are lots of other better alternative apps.
Good app. Used to use it in the past until found out about TransferWise which offers you better rates and instant transfer. With TransferWise you receive your money in miliseconds.
This app is very good app and. This app customer care service is excellent and customer care staff is very friendly and polite i suggest this app in my friends thank you
I could have give 5star but the rate is very poor and that's a reap of sending 100euro should be 62k in naira instead they will give you 59,891 or less the rate need to be work on the rest is cool I love the app work on ur rate

Aweful😞, fist time I decided to try this app and it's dissatisfaction. Kindly send or return my money immediately because it's for hospital bill how can you people be so heartless. I advice others no to use this app unless they want to come here to write like me.
This app does not inspire confidence. Payments take a long time to come through and the recipient was asked very strange identification questions. I also have no clue why it asks for a selfie and scanned ID documents. It feels like a scam. I'm sure there must be better money transfer apps. Also the live chat bot is a total waste of time.
Very easy to use select amount you want to send and 16 to 20 minutes your money is in your account well done ✔️
I don't understand why the application asks me for my full address, DOB, nationality and so on. I am concerned about my privacy. It goes against GDPR principles. I will use alternatives, not asking for this private details.
Doesn't allow Polish e-mail addresses, so it's useless for me.

Hello Transfergo Your service is good but it takes two days to receive the money, I humbly request you to build the system in two or three minutes. send money from remitly ,small world ace money transfer, instantly receive & deposit, I humbly request transfergo to do the same. Thank you
It's a very good app to send money abroad and also has a good rate for converting money from GBP to ron or any other currency. I am using the app for over a year now and never let me down.
Don't use, they have my money for over two weeks and the have not refunded me, they keep giving excuses.

It's not recommended this apps I try to send small amounts how it works but 4 days already no receive the money and very low the rate.. Hope I can get my money asp..
Didn't send money to receiver . When I emailed them in a little while they started to ask for more info . After few days gone they refunded money though.

There is problem with Personal information I am tired of try any documents
Very helpful app. You can use your native language even when you communicate with support. Edit. I've been using this app with a pleasure for 3 years, but now I cannot send my money from one country to another one (my account) because they need some answers (okay, I replied, but still, they are really private) and additional documents from my bank account and my work. I don't like to give someone this private information. Unfortunately, I have to say "goodbye" to this app.
The last update completely broke this great app. Can't even login with my phone number and email address, as it fails with message that email address is taken, yet all other credentials (phone number and pin) are confirmed. Trying to use different email addresses led to the fresh login configuration meaning all my payment details are gone. And support was unable to assign it back to me.
I recently started using this app and I'm really satisfied with their service, especially with the fast transfer option. My only advice is if they can make their rate be equal to that of Transferwise. Nevertheless, it's a good app and I recommend it to everyone 👍.
