Transflo T7 Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
The T7 ELD plugs into the vehicle’s diagnostic port with a connector harness and automatically sends data to the servers through the device’s own cellular connectivity. From there it is sent to the Transflo HOS app to provide the most up-to-date logbook information.
Transflo Telematics Web Portal
The portal allows you to access 6 months of logs plus international fuel tax agreement (IFTA) reporting information. To log in, visit https://my.transfloeld.com and enter the credentials you created during the registration process.

Worthless. Almost impossible to setup. If you have a problem setting up the account you might as well find another provider and file the $79 or however much you paid as a loss. Customer support literally tells you to keep trying smh.
Honestly not as bad as everyone is saying. I have mine installed on a S8+, and it does what it's supposed to do. I mean don't get me wrong it has it's faults. #1 dealing with there customer service when I was struggling at setting this app up sucked, it was ridiculous. The person I was talking to seemed as if he had no idea how to set it up. I'm gonna be honest setting this app up is a pain in the assets. After about a 1.5 of trying to figure it out ww finally had success.
Worst ELD EVER! Most of the time it tells me that it doesn't have internet service when my phones, yes phones, have full service. I log out yet it doesn't record it. I log breaks, but no connection. Thank God the fmcsa isn't requiring logs until May 15 on essential products. Cancellation pending when I get home tomorrow.
What is going on with this thing? Up until about a month ago it worked great, never had a problem. Now I randomly get these errors that it isn't connecting to the servers and other garbage. Its driving me crazy!
Absolutly horrible. I am utterly unable to get them to stop billing me. I got billed again today. I have sent email after email, and have called many times. Tomorrow morning it will be in the hands of my attorny because I now have to go after unauthorized deductions from my card. What a nightmare. As for the app, I had to use this app. Its one of the reasons why I am no longer with that company. Teck support with that company called it "beyond bad". Im using Big Road elog and Its awesome.
Was good. Until it lost a whole month of my miles & ifta logs last month of using them. That's a huge fine if not corrected. Not mention the hard time getting a hold of customer service. Find another eld provider
Very poor! App consumes so much time trying to load, Info on the Dashboard does not match your status. Take 4 times back and forth on screens for it to populate.
Worked at first, updated itself and since it eliminated PC & yard move, cant find admin portal or anything beyond sales marketing. Logs me on duty for no reason. There I have a ELD, it doesn't work, so paper log it is. Replaced my rand McNally one with this pos as theirs cant plug into my newer truck. Nice, paying for 2 worthless systems.
It's the worse. I've been paying up to date. I'm loaded and I know I have to stop for my break. It doesn't allow me to. I try going in and is telling me that my subscription expired. I go in and pay with my card. It says congratulations and when I try going in again it says that my subscription expire.
Just really bad customer service, you with get ahold of someone & get hung up on or you get no one to answer at all. Really about ready to switch to another ELD device.. Senn another guys post about he has a s8+ phone an his device does what it should. Well I have the same phone bud an it still sucks.
Baught a device over a year ago and couldnt get it working. So I used another companies device during that time. When I tried to reactivate I was told the device I never used had been sent a kill code and I was forced to buy another one. Other than stealing my money the device and service are great.
Very hard to work with personal conveyance is a pain in the ass every time the truck starts you have to go back to it. Always having glitches and problems on drivers end
App will sporadically timeout and log me out. I've gone all day now with the app repeatedly closing itself and logging me out every 5 seconds.
Won't let me certify previous inspections. Says it's already done. I only use it because of its price. I spend more time using geotab than this app!! FYI THEY'RE BOTH MADE BY THE SAME COMPANY HOW THE HELL DO YOU GET ONE RIGHT AND SCREW UP THE OTHER? ITS THE SAME PROGRAM FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!

keeps logging me out every minute, It should keep me logged in until I log out. I am switching over keeptrucking.
This is trash trash no good at all dont purchase. Wont let me log in and when it does it logs me right out. Then i cant go off duty it leaves me on duty causing violation.
On my 1st run it said I drove 63 hours in 2 days. It starts when it wants. You shut it off and it stays on. Would register my breaks. Waste of money

Trash works on one device halfass but not the other. If keeptrucking eld would have been in stock would've rather bought it
This ELD app malfunctions severely. Transflo does not provide good customer service nor take the issues with this app serious. This app is a joke and it's rating and reputation reflects.

NIGHTMARISH. Tech support is a poor joke. App throws codes, unusable. Save yourself the pain. And don't count on any customer support, you are on your own. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP.
Is bad , keeps dying.... you have to reset it all the time
the last update caused a decent working app to be near worthless. i have to constantly relog in immediately after i already logged in the 1st time. I've resorted to factory resetting my phone just to get the app running every other day. this app almost earned me a ticket during an inspection at a weigh station. the officer asked to see my logs, and the app wouldn't come on to save my life! it just had the loading bar that kept freezing on a white screen. save your money, skip this company!
