Transformers Rescue Bots: Hero

I will update once I hear back as I emailed budge like they asked others to do with the same problem, but it seems scammy. I purchased this game a few years ago for my son and he has been playing it, transferred it to another device and restore purchases says there was none, looks like there are a LOT of people with this problem. They also more then doubled the price since I have purchased. Makes me think it's just a way to scam people out of more money.

I had this game on my phone for my son and had purchased the package to unlock all the characters. My phone was dropped in water so I had to get a new one. I installed the app and now its saying I have to purchase it again because it went from 4.99 when I purchased it to now 6.99 that is not right and completely unfair!!!! And it will not allow me to restore my purchase since the price changed. It did the same thing with chuggington...I cannot restore my purchase for that game either!!!

Do not install, constantly bombarded by ads for the developers other games and the game itself is impossible to beat without paying to unlock the full cast of the show (which does not come as standard). It would be a better decision to have the 4 main bots free and then have bumble Bee and Optimus (who only appear occasionally in the show) to be the unlockable characters. All of the minigames are the same too. Overall a waste of time and seems built to trick kids into scamming their parents

Half an hour of play for a 5 year old, then it requires you to buy a bot. And the free play period already includes ads. Isn't terribly expensive, but did not appreciate the surprise that there would be so little free content. Would buying a bot take away the ads even, or would we still have those too? Couldn't see how to re-play the first levels since we can't move on. Extremely disappointed.

Worst game who wants to download the game I want to tell them that there are only a few disasters and we have to stop them again and again by doing the same thing and after some time we reach a level where there is needed 3 bots and we have only 2 and we can't go further without purchasing the Autobots. I want a game from budge studios that has no purchase and it should be awesome.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! Horrible. Don't waste your time downloadong. I get it you have to buy things in games sometimes, but not when you open the app to barely start. You have to purchase the 3rd robot off the bat to even play the levels. Why even have it as a free app. might as well make it a paid app since the game is useless without a purchase. Shame on you budget studios.

My little boy loves the game. But I'm not paying £13.99 for the other bots, that's extortionate. He's 3 and there are more interative games where he actually learns something that cost a lot less! I'm going to have to uninstall as it's causing tantrums because he doesn't understand that he can't play another level without having 3 bots!!! Not good for parents!!

Appalled!! I never spend money on apps. I did as a massive treat for my son. I spent 2 x £2.99 as the game would not continue if i didn't and not its asking for more money or it will not continue. What a rip off. You should be reported!!! I've not known anything like it. Money down the drain and an upset boy. If i had had to spend £2.99 on the game itself which would then last forever that would have been ok. That's what i thought i was doing. This is a money pit. REFUND PLEASE!!!

You can only play about a third of the game before you must buy a rescue bot in order to continue. If there were an in-game way to unlock new bots that would make it more enjoyable.

My kids love this game. Unlocked of course. However trying to restore the purchase on another device with the same account, it wont allow me to do so. When I contact support, I supplied proof of purchase and a description of the issue. In return I get a generic "Have you checked the FAQ" response, followed up with a survey.. "How'd we do?". That's the level of support you can expect from this company. For a very premium priced game. Check for yourself, other reviewers having the same issue.

I bought this game and paid the 23 bucks for the full upgrade pack. Today my son wanted to play the game from the beginning so I reset the game in settings. Surprise surprise now the game doesn't recognize the fact we bought the upgrade pack. So I tried to restore purchase but received an error stating we should try again later. On the developer's website they recommended to delete the app and reinstall it. I just tried that and this app cannot be reinstalled. I emailed developer. Let's see if they help.

You should be ashamed of yourself. You make it to where you have to spend at least SEVEN DOLLARS, to continue the game. "Choose 3 bots" but the game only gives you 2, is extremely clearly holding the game above your head like "Oh you ALMOST have enough to play". My son came into our room crying that "I don't have enough bots to play the game". I am appalled at this game.

Not really free, got this for my son and he played for about 15 minutes then hit a point that you have to pay $6.99 to continue. Don't bother downloading this unless you plan on paying for additional characters.

Pretty sad knowing that children play this game you guys force them to buy robots. Beware if you have a child playing this game make sure they can not make purchases there is no way around it it looks like it's just a regular part of the game. But you have to pay for it.

Only 1 playable level is available. After the first level, you're forced to purchase a robot to continue playing.

Great game for the 1st 5 mins, then you have to spend $6 to be able to move forward. My children don't understand why they can't move on and why they can't be rewarded with a new character. Waste of time. Developer needs to change it, so the player can unlock all the characters without being forced to pay to play.

So I'm 11 and I tried playing this hame for nostalgia,then I realize the developers didn't fix the fact you could buy characters instead of unlocking them. We can't get the best experience if we have to buy it. And my family is poor so I can't ask my mother,I am begging for you to fix this so we could get the best experience. Next time I see a game like this,I don't want a pay to win.

This game is good very good at everything and just 1 more that's bothering...here is what's bothering, the game just wants money! And I wish the game was like you collect coins every time your done doing a mission I hope it was like that but it's not!!!! This game wants me to waste my money!

My kids love this game. Gameplay is perfect for their age category (4 and 5), where they don't get frustrated, nor do they get bored of it easily, despite it being fairly repetitive.

My son loves playing it but the game forces you to buy levels after the first few and you can't even go back to replay old levels. Considering he changes his mind about games every few days I am not prepared to pay for games he might delete the next day.

I don't care what other people say I like the game very well 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 so I give it five stars but the only thing is that when I tried to purchase an item the game broke and did not work again that's why I am installing it again it better work or I will give you zero stars😝😝😛😜🤣😥

This game is advertised as free but literally forces you to spend $2.99 per bot to be able to play at all. They give you 2 bots but each level requires 3 bots to play, so you're stuck on the bot selection page and cannot play at all unless you buy your third bot.

My four year old loves this game so much that I purchased the extra robots. When we changed phones, it didn't transfer the purchase. Now I have a bawling four year old because he doesn't understand why he can't play it anymore. This theft really makes me angry!

Customer team experience was excellent. My 6 year old recently made a lot of purchases in this app without my approval. I had to reach out to the customer service team and I was extremely happy for their quick response and actions. I received full refund!!!

Its absolutely detestable that you'd charge $7 for a child to even be able to advance in the game. My son gets so upset that he can't keep playing without resetting the game over and over. This is a kids game, quit being greedy and give them the friggin transformers.

Nice game but I hate paying for the rescue bots maybe can you make some stages with required rescue bots like all of them or 3 when you reach a level a new rescue bot can be unlocked when you finish the 2 stages

Only get 2 bots and then you have to buy the rest which once you get to a stage you have to pick 3 bots which you can't unless you pay! Really upsetting for your child.

My son loves it, however, I had bought/unlock all characters and he only enjoyed it for about a week before it went away and now it's asking us to buy again. You are not able to "restore" any previous purchases as they say you can. Stills your money.

It should not be allowed to have a game targeted at kids that stops you from playing without paying a significant amount to unlock progression. It's ridiculous my 4 year or got very upset when it's stopped him playing and clearly this is what you want so parents feel compelled to buy it.
