- UTA allows riders to take advantage of the Utah Transit Authority's vehicle monitoring and stop finding services.

- UTA allows you to define alerts for UTA routes and stops; get a notification when a vehicle on a specific route is approaching or arriving at a particular stop.

TRACKING
UTA's buses and trains report their locations every 15 seconds (Flex routes are not included).

- Put in a route number and see all vehicles on that route, put in a stop number to see all buses serving that stop, or put in an individual vehicle number (printed inside and on the back of UTA buses).
ROUTE SCHEDULES
- You can request a route schedule for any UTA route by entering its number. Schedules can be viewed as origin/destination tables or on a map. On the map, see when the next bus/train is scheduled to arrive by tapping on a stop. See all times for that stop by tapping on the info window that appears.
CLOSE STOPS
- Select your current location or an address you enter or select on a map as a search location for UTA stops that are nearby. You can specify a maximum number of stops to return as well as an optional route filter.
ALERTS
- You can define alerts for when a UTA vehicle is approaching or arriving at a particular stop. These alerts are based on distance from the stop, using the shape of the route defined by UTA.
- Because these alerts depend on the vehicle following the shape defineUd by UTA, if the vehicle is on detour, or if the vehicle isn't following the defined route for some other reason, your alert may not trigger as expected.
DIRECTIONS
- Choose an origin, a destination, and the time you would like to either depart or arrive, and the Google Maps app will display the different options available using UTA's buses and trains.
- Transit Tracker
- UTA displays the latest updates from @RideUta.
Other features:
- Choose a light or dark theme.
- Show satellite imagery and/or color-coded traffic data on the map.
- Optionally keep the map screen from dimming and shutting off.
- Adjust the update interval of UTA vehicle locations.
- Choose a custom ringtone for UTA alerts.
- Add track and route widgets and shortcuts to your home screen to go straight to the map or schedule you want.

A once great app now is full of fail. Constantly crashes, no data available, and when you can pull it up, doesn't show anything. WASTE OF MONEY. Allegedly it was updated last night... not according to Google. Well done kicking it down the street.
It keeps switching the widgets on my screen by itself. And it says it say unfortunately it's not working.
The transit tracker app is very easy to use and gives real-time updates. I'm very pleased with its performance.
It's great, I just wish there was a button I could press to rotate the map instead of always having to do it manually.
Amazing features. Must have for anybody who uses UTA on even a semi regular basis.

Here's my review on your app with the change day you're at does not tell you when bus 240 is going to show up and look up the time so I cannot look up the times for route 240 anymore which is very a annoying
I LOVE THIS APP!! I depend on it throughout my day. UNFORTUNATELYā¯— In The past year it has been offline SO much I didn't want to bother with it. 6 months later now. And today was my 2nd day to use Tracker. Times for the green line on Sunday ALL WRONG.. TODAY 3 SEPERATE BUS SCHEDULES WERE INCORRECT... So I am not giving up on you Tracker! You are by far the most useful app in my present day commutes. So I just upgraded for a small fee. I am putting my well job on the line. I will be trying to use this app and it shuts down .really fustraded it's really turned into a hassle to use. And I paid for this qpp to make it even more fustraighting to me
The app works great,and does everything I need it to. My only gripe is that in dark mode there are a few places with contrast issues. (dark blue arrow hard to see on black bus icon)
I use it daily with my S8. Would love a way to backup my alerts.

I liked this app until I was no longer able to download routes. Please fix problem.
Ever since the last updated most of the stops don't show on Sundays anymore. So if you could please fix that problem I'd appreciate it, thanks.
Love being able to see where Frontrunner trains are. Now I know whether to stay in my office rather than wait in the cold for a delayed train. One question: Why can't the update to get alerts and stop information come with the download of the app? For security, it always makes me uneasy downloading something not from the Google play store. Great app. Thank you!
I had the free one, and now have to reinstall it because this app rarely works. Mad I paid to get rid of ads and instead got a useless app. Free version works much better and pretty much same features just with ads.
Tried out all other UTA apps on their site and this is still the best. Sometimes has some hiccups but at least its been updated since 2014.
I've used this app now for almost seven years and found it to be reliable. It does have a quirky user interface in its route search, but I got used to it. I paid to get the premium version.
