The loading of information is terribly slow. Those are just text data, even a 3MB photo loads faster than this. Error messages don't make any sense. Loading is in a constant loop. Since everyone is complaining about the slowness but nothing is done, then stop advertising about this service and get something done properly.
Doesn't work. Unless you have created an account before. You're unable to create one now, just takes your information and locks your account. Unable to forget password, and create accounts. Can't seem to store User IDs properly Loading times for the app is slow, TransitLink has to improve their APIs. Not sure if I'm using a first party app, or a low budget 3rd party one.
I tapped it using my bank card and when I had this app then I exited with a simplygo sign. So now I'm not sure if I am double charged or my transfer discount was applied...even though they should charge to the same card. But now I cannot even sign in even after resetting the password...it says 'please try again'...tried to no avail. Not helpful!
Terrible experience! I tried registering for an account but the system recognised my mobile number. I used the Forgot Password feature to retrieve/reset my password but the OTP never came. Tried so many times but I just didn't receive any OTP be it on my mobile number or email. Before I even start using, I already faced problem signing in and adding a card.
Horrible. Just horrible. When launched it works. Now it kept loading then error-ed out. No notification when I tapped out, though it used to do without fail.
App is terribly slow as of late. Constantly loading. The app has never been zippy, but it didn't use to be this bad. Have made several claims before and its always refunded accordingly within 3-4 working days, so that's something good at least.
Recently, the app loads very slowly and doesn't show the bus arrival times at all (only indicated as N.A). Had to switch to using other app instead as that works faster.
It was working well. Not sure what had happened. Your app now very slow in loading and also no longer show the monthly spend on the transport card data. Please go and fixed the problems
Don't have to trigger loading/refresh everytime we go in and out of the app when we are looking at statement. It is very irritating. Please do it like how bank app whenever we view our statement, it will stay there. Also helpful if the app can calculate total base on our filter query. For example, I filter 1 Feb to 14 Feb, it will show me just 1 Feb to 14 Feb and show me the total amount spent. If I filter, 1 Feb to 28 Feb, it should show me results ONLY from 1 Feb to 28 Feb, and not more.
Too slow to load data. Your are the only apps that able to support paying transport fees via credit/debit card in Singapore, but the experience is sucked.
I created an account using my mobole number. 5min later i am unable to login with my mobile number. My face is question mark. Edit: was able to login using my email! But the username is labeled as mobile / email. Such bad design. All i did was update email and it removed my mobile as login method? Then why still put mobile / email? It is so misleading. Not to mention the crazy loading time for every page switch.
Problem with the app that blacklist my credit card whereas I have no issues with using Google pay. I had to switch to other payment possibilities. Terrible experience especially you are rushing for time
Missing feature: It's very hard to see how much I've spent on SimpliyGo every month as it only shows how much I've spent everyday and I've to add them up manually. Please add in this feature thanks
This app is not working. I have tried and waited more than 15 min. It just doesnt load the transaction history!!! Even your website also not user friendly. Amazing! It looks just like a scam website.
The app is practically useless now. I dont get notifications, i cant view my transactions. And when i do, i see missing exit in my transactions that i would like to make a claim upon but i dunno how to now. Please fix your app to work as per intended!
The apps keep on loading. I am unable to top up via the Apps or machine. Can improved on the apps and need assitance to do a top up.
Borderline unusable with all the loading and lagging. I have seen 1990s games on a pentium 2 with faster loading speed than this. Takes me 3 min to load in to check transaction, accidentally clicked on profile instead, that little manoevre costed me 51 years.
It sometimes fail to scan when you trying to get on a train. Then at times you get incorrect deductions. The app is not trust worthy.
It is taking forever to load the transaction history. The wheel has been spinning for about 10 minutes. Simply hopeless and atrocious.
Charges wrongly due to missing taps although you did tap, app is slow and takes forever. Not using this app would save you from a headache
Unable to tap in/out on mobile anymore, keeps prompting to change to another card. Tried to delink and relink my bank card but still cannot tap in/out. End up deducting extra fare cause had to transfer and use my physical bank card instead.
Unable to tap in and out of gantry as of 11th May using Pixel 5." Card Failed - Please use another card" error shown. Tried to de-link the credit card and link again and it does not work. Contactless payment works so its not the phone or phone settings. Please rectify.
Can you guys find better IT support please? The APP is trash, it takes forever to load and it's always not running.. don't advertise when your app is not even ready. Thumbs down. -1
The app has recently gone from bad to worse. The trip charge notifications have stopped, the trip details can't be loaded most of the time, trips are visible only the next day now. Data availability was almost real-time previously. Transit Link, what happened? You are moving backwards, not forwards. Please fix this properly.
