At first it was fine & supported almost with all my needs. It crashed in the middle for long time & got troubled without any sound but only with many ads. I checked & fixed some functionality between yours & mine. Clap never sound with one hand. I was looping around but your apps helped me in my way. I'm still enjoying it perfectly. So its not only the apps maker but a user should also know the system. Well whatever it may be but i'm gonna say it superb with an excellent outwork. Keep it up👍
I just downloaded and it's brilliant thus far. The voice to voice translation was a bit confusing at first, no fault to the app really. Very quick translations. I'll provide a later review when I actually use it on my upcoming trip. As a Jamaican, it's kinda sad not seeing my language here. You guys need to have Jamaican Creole in here though, a lot of tourists would enjoy that. Try contacting the Jamaican Language Unit. If it works on the trip without much confusion, I'll change to 5 stars.
If you have a Wi-Fi connection this app works well to translate both spoken or written words. Without a Wi-Fi this app is useless. The app is advertised as FREE however, to use most of the features requires a "Premium" subscription. When the app was first installed my Google Play account was automatically charged $43.29 and at the time of purchase a monthly payment option was selected. This app uses Google automatic renewal so read all of the fine print if you do not plan on using this app as there is no advance notfication of subscription renewal
Dont even download this app. Seriously. It's a scam. The app is nearly unusable unless you buy their subscription, but its impossible to cancel the subscription from the app itself. I had to go into Google Play's "manage subscriptions" tab to cancel, and I'm not sure if it'll end up charging me the $40 or not.
I've rarely had to use this app, but lately it keeps popping up in my notifications, despite having its notifications turned off, and running in the background, which I don't want it to do. I managed to turn it off briefly, but here it is again, eating my battery. Sadly uninstalling.
The worst...once downloaded I was getting these ads that pop up right on my phone home screen...was driving me crazy...the app would not even be running and these dumb ads would just start running as soon as I unlocked my phone to make a call or text...I did give it one star the app translator was good but the ads...I dont mind ads in the app I get it, its how free app makes money but violating my home screen thats a no go...soo bye bye app...beware you have been warned! 😵
I was happy with the app but when I tried to use it today, it says it cannot connect with internet access which I have Wi-Fi and data both on this phone. I have tried changing settings and I have an uninstalled and reinstalled but it still won't work right. I'm deleting and finding a new app.
it wasn't so good as I had expected! also it's has been left to desire !doesn't have brazilian portuguese option i meant it is slightly different that Portuguese from Portugal. also was constantly posting advertise every time that I 'd tried to use that app! simply awful!
It's turns out that this translate app is extremely good it is easy to use and translates almost straight away. It does have the odd error here and there but with do many languages it's still very good. 5 it of 5 for me.
ads should be in the bottom section of screen. Otherwise, 4 stars . Some translations were wrong. Give users the ability to correct wrong words in your program...
really good app and does a lot of different languages for round the world.Idea for someone who does a lot of travelling also has a conversation part if you need to speak in a long conversation and also speaks to them in they language and Translates to English and back to the chosen language brilliant
I rate this a zero star because i need it for my job to translate pictures and screen shots of certain games. When i cant perform a certain task for a client i have to decline a big price. Im not also willing to share my profits with a company that wont do the task properly
Disappointing. I wanted to translate something but I needed to take a picture of it (because I don't know Korean :/) but I had to subscribe (yes, it has a free trial but I don't want to do that). Also, they spelled trial, "trail". Terrible.
Every time I type or speak something, it won't translate, all it does is give a message saying "It seems your device is not connected to the network." It is connected. It also make you buy something if you don't want ads... and after 24 hours, the offer goes away.
ALARMING POP UP ADS This app ads is so aggressively annoying..Coming from all over and all the time no matter how you i use my phone. Its like it took over my phone...even when im in the middle of my regular calls. So alarming
You can talk and it translates in various languages. Best up I have used. It saves you alot of time typing. The picture translation is not working... or i am doing something wrong.
in order to translate a picture which you're mostly likely here for, you have to pay. now, you could easily just start a free trial right? yes, but you're going to have to select a payment method which is unnecessary because i'm only THIRTEEN
good working app. only negative thing is Ads pop up even when you are not using the App. This can be fixed by force stopping the App after you get done using it
terrible app. forced pop up adds to phone when App wasn't open. do not install. would be using phone and suddenly a 5 second add would just cut off whatever i was doing
So far so good, adds a bit annoying; also they are irrelevant to me, I speak english but app doesnt have country choice would be nice if I could choose Australia.
great app. finally found one that makes some sense translating english to cantonese. although you have to be online all the time for it to work.
Uninstalled. I need this app quickly, and can't get past the ads. It takes three minutes of clicking out and back in to be able to use this app.
i am doing work experience in Austria and this app recommend by friend really helped out between my co-workers and me. it was free which i appreciated as i am a student. easy to figure out and good to use by speech or typed. very happy
Please do not download if you want your phone to be bombarded with pop up ads. At first I didnt believe the warning comments of other users but the same thing is happening to my phone and I have no idea why. The app does mess with your phone and pops up when making calls, texting, and entering and exsiting other apps. It's really annoying and dangerous. I would definetly keep the app if these pop up ads would stop messing with my phone.
