Useful and pretty easy to use! I wish there was a feature for adding bus schedules or "next bus arrives" times, based on where they are, but it's a simple app that's good at what it does.

Update. This app is beyond a waste of space. It doesn't show any of the bus routes I use. A update caused this issue. I am standing at the bus stop, and it shows nothing. This is a cry to the developers to fix it.

Good app for bus locations and routes but would love to have some type of arrival time at the closest stop available and not just the number of riders although that is helpful during rush times.

Edit: They literally shut it down. The TV in the student Union that only shows where the busses are just says "coming soon" Busses are always either stuck on one stop or sliding around the screen randomly and slowly. Stops constantly saying not in service when they are, and busses constantly disappearing only to reappear again in the same spot that they always are. Old app was better, give devs more resources and listen to QA.

Stop with the annoyingly slow transitions. When I refresh the app I don't want to see the old bus locations slowly sliding across the map to their new locations. Just show where the buses are without the unnecessary animations

can you PLEASE edit app so that if a rider knows the address of pickup and the address of dropoff, the rider DOES NOT have to turn on location? Both Uber and Lyft work this way and it's so much better than having to turn on location. I like keeping my location OFF if at all possible. Also, trying to give you feedback in the app SUCKS. It forces you to select screenshots. WHAT FOR in most instances. Like the info at the top of this feedback. I didn't need screenshots for that.

Used to be great. Stopped working suddenly. And I mean literally. Stopped showing all routes. Checked here for possible update and others mention that as well. Luckily I know my bus routes but as more newbies try and ride the bus due to gas prices, this is going to hit negatively on our drivers and depot workers who have nothing to do with it bc folks are pissed instead of folks who need to fix the app.

I can never get the busses to show on the app to see where they are at or how far away they are. I have to just stand outside for up to 30 mins sometimes just hoping to bus is coming. I have been made late to class and work because I can't see the busses to or from campus. This is the only resource that I have to see the bus routes so please fix this as I have no other option.

Unnessesary new app is worse than the old one. The UI is fancier but somehow more confusing. It doesn't let you select routes to view all at once like the old app. To see an entire route you have to search for it individually and you can only see one at a time. The only feature that is an improvement over the old app is the ability to put in an address and it gives you directions. If transloc could bring back some of the features of the old app I might use this new one.

This app is not well designed. It is very time consuming to put in requests for repetitive rides such as every weekday at 3pm. Also, for those with multiple devices such as your phone and tablet you can only see the rides requested on the device that originally created it rather than on both devices even though they are using the same account. Also, it is convenient that it texts you when the bus is en route to your location but I don't see any way to change my contact information so guess I will have to create a whole new account if my information ever changes. In general this app is very basic and was clearly built by the cheapest bidder.

It is unnecessary to make it mandatory for people to share their location. The app is literally unusable if the location is turned off. I might want to search for a different route or look for bus stops at different places. It is not necessarily always true that I look for a bus service in a location that I currently am at. I like the previous rider and transloc apps which worked fine without the location.

This app has a lot of potential, bit could use some changes. I would like an option to just show all available routes all at once. In many places nothing is gaining by only showing certain ones at a time, especially when you need to make connections. The route planner leaves much to be desired, it showed me a route that used a railroad service that isn't even in the app. My experience was with Suffolk county new york busses. Great for short trips, impossible to use for planning a route.

Whatever happened to being able to just see all the bus stops and being able to click on them to see what busses service that stop. That was the best feature of the app, I can figure out which busses I wanted to take for the places I needed to go without ever relying on Google Maps to find me a route. The interface has become crowded. I'm in the Gainesville area and I hope this will get fixed soon. Atleast an option to toggle off what bus routes service your area and ability to see all bus stops

The routes for the University of Florida are the opposite of improved on this new app. The old version was much more up-to-date. This app doesn't show all the active buses in a route, falsely estimates the bus times and is difficult to navigate. All combined, my experience riding buses is more frustrating. Please work on accurately displaying every bus that is running, and better approximate their arrival times like the old Rider app used to do so well

It was alright at first. I just used the map to see where the busses were rather than relying on the times they gave. Now the busses don't show up on the map for any route. I've tried restarting the app, restarting my phone, deleting and re-downloading the app, and checking the permissions settings. It's basically useless now.

Could be a good app. Bus locations are never correct or just don't show up

The old app was way better and cleaner. I hate that I have to update it constantly within the app to get the bus routes and it shows routes that I don't need. I loved being able to select which routes to show and it stayed that way. This one also looks cartoonish and isn't clean. Bring back the old app.

This app is seriously ridiculous. The previous one was far better than this one. This app foced me to allow the oocation and shows the the bus around me. If i am tracking 2 different buses at some particular stop so i would not be able to catch the other one but I used to do with the previous one. Every thing become better afyer upgrade but this one did wrong. Need to be changed.

AVOID. This app will give you a large amount of useless info, burying the useful bits behind multiple clicks on pages almost covered with unwanted announcements. It is a BIG step backwards from the old Transloc. We just have to pray that they keep updating the one that actually can be used. UPDATE although this new app is basically a poorly functioning beta, I can't open the old, working app without having to click through a reminder to "update." Stop it, devs!

This update is beyond horrible. Every time you open the app, your selected bus routes disappear. The buses that are out of service aren't listed. It's hard to select routes. The map is ugly and impossible to read and the bus symbol is so big and clunky that you can't really tell where it is with any specificity. Whoever forced me to upgrade to this terrible app, is, quite frankly a sadist prick. The old app was DRASTICALLY better.

This app is an interesting case of a great idea but not enough people working on it. Not enough drivers have been hired so expect your wait times with this app to range anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours and it'll constantly rework your ETA making it honestly impossible to predict when you'll get there. This is the biggest issue I have with it. Inconsistency. Aside from that, it's a decent app and the drivers are very friendly. They just need more people working for them.

Good as long as you do not have a scheduled appointment, due to the fact that it is a shared ride, so you may have to pick up and drop off others along the way, so you must have patience, they follow their gps, no matter how close you are to your destination, but it is cheap , lol. My driver logged my destination address out of the system, so now wants me to tell her my destination, feel like I have just been kidnapped, even though it's a shared ride program, drop off the first person you pick

It doesn't tell you were the bus is anymore and it doesn't even show their routes! Also the dick moves that some of these drivers pull like showing up late than pulling off without taking anyone should be recorded and posed somewhere for the company to see to maybe keep them in check

Easy to use only problem sometimes the times are not actually on schedule and that's difficult for someone like me who uses a Walker and some of the bus drivers don't lower the step and I have muscle deterioration of the left foot and leg or for someone else who is in a wheelchair

I find this app almost completely useless. It's hard to navigate. There is no dark mode which makes the screen virtually impossible to see in sunlight or any other time. The screen becomes washed out. There's just so much white on the screen. It's pretty obvious whoever developed this app has never actually riden a city bus or has any disabilities related to why they're even writing the bus which forces them to use the app in the first place. This app has made life even worse.

They advertised this app at a station I travel to and from for $160/month, but they don't service this bus stop or the 7m drive I would have to pay for.

Overall this is an awesome service to provide to the community. Using this for work, it can be frustrating not knowing if the wait will be 10 minutes or almost 2 hours, especially whendrop offs on the way are leisurely shopping or not utilizing the service as it is intended. I think prioritizing needs of clients would greatly improve this service, and I would be more than happy to pay extra to ensure a more consistent pick-up and drop-off

Does not show route anymore. Says there are no bus lines nearby when I am on the bus. Used to be invaluable.

I love this new transit service of RTC. I have two jobs that i need to go to and this will make my daily commute easier and a lot more relaxing. I don't have to walk and wait at the bus stops especially in this cold freezing weather. Thank you RTC. This is way better than taking a private transport service, cheaper and reasonably priced.
