I strongly prefer this app over the newer transloc ones but they've stopped updating it so it won't work with new versions of android
Completely stopped working (9/23/19). Can't even open it.
Crashes immediately on start up.

I would think of rolling out those updates sooner rather than later if I were you. This app used to be wonderful. I relied on it to go everywhere and referred it to other riders. Suddenly it is stopped working. It won't load the agencies, it won't load the routes, it won't load the announcements. My once most used app has now been removed from my phone. Fix it please.
This is awful. The markers don't move or automatically refresh. This literally has no practical usage at all. It won't tell you where the bus is, when its coming, whether it's running, or anything else for that matter. I used to use this app 4 years ago when I was in school and it was outstanding. It appears the developers are no longer prioritizing utility and functionality.
The shuttle bus every year get worst, they have no compassion or respect for people waiting outside SMH and the app is dam horrible, so bad with timing. I never lived at Newton and I been there so many times because even by asking the driver if the bus is all stop ? They say yes ( but is going to Newton) like not everyone who get on the bus at 1:30 am on a Saturday night is drunk ! Can they for once fix the bus upper sign so that things like this does not happen foreal!
This app is marginally better than the Rider app, but overall TransLoc's platform is a total disaster. Buggy predictive algorithms, substandard on-bus hardware (regular GPS/modem failure constantly causes buses to disappear) and no traffic integration. Riders would be better off just going by the static route schedule than trying to deal with this mess of an ecosystem (but if you must, SMS is *slightly* more reliable when their SMS gateway isn't down)
This app is okay on Android, but when I run it on my work's iPhone, it is definitely a more 4-5 star experience. When I click a bus on the iPhone version, it indicates time to next stops for that bus. Android? Nothing. Android app development team, look down the hall at your iPhone version counterparts, and know they are beating you.
Doesn't update in a timely manner. Sometimes it appears the bus is far off, then suddenly it drives by.
This app is so laggy. It doesn't refresh unless I completely close it out. Real-time updates are a joke!
This app is GARBAGE. It stopped working and has made me late to my class because it decided to not load any of the routes. Avoid using this app
The iOS Rider app is flawless. I'll be using that because this Android version is terrible.
Click of a button. I like that. Has been right on so far with where my bus is.
Was once a great app but now it doesn't show anything except a map of the city of Memphis.
It was a good app but last update ruined it. Now refresh rate is too low. Difficult to find out current position. I was using it regularly earlier but now can't rely on this at all. Please resolve the refresh and update issue.

Worked great on my old phone, The real time bus indicator is broke or missing and now the bus icon never moves, and I missed a lot of buses because of this.
Alot of Buses , Basically At Every Other Corner❤ BETTER THAN WALKING!

The app is apparently (still) outdated. I recently updated my Pixel 2 XL to version 10 (Sept. 5, 2019). My phone now does not support the older version of Transloc. As a student, this is a huge inconvenience to me as TransLoc is the only app the university I attend utilizes for the transits.
