Transparencia Municipal Guatemala

Transparency Municipal application is a mobile tool designed by the Ministry of Finance to meet the commitment to support the "Transparency and Accountability of Public Expenditure" specifically local governments of the Republic of Guatemala, it contributes to the spread of " Open government "making visible the budget execution of revenues and expenditures. In this context the mobile application supports data transparency; on the revenue side shows the breakdown by funding source, class, and registration section to the smallest category; on the side of expenditures data by program activity and work shown to the expenditure group code and budget line, it is aimed primarily to municipalities that do not have resources to make public their budget execution, universities, centers analysis, organized civil society and ordinary citizens to support the issue of social audit.

This tool contains historical information since 2009 according to the information that the Ministry of Finance has been over the years, to consolidate about renditions of the country's municipalities. The user can change at any time the fiscal year is consulting or obtaining data from another municipality interest.
